Bamboo stir fry (4p) gram fresh bamboo shoots gram slices pork - 3 tlp autentic taiwanese soysauce - 2 tlp chinese rice wine vinegar gram rice - 1tlp oil 1. Boil the rice 2. Slice the pork and Bamboo shoots (see picture for size) 3. Heat the oil in a very hot cooking pan 4. Put in the sliced pork 5. Poke with your chopstick to feel when its cooked, its needs to be medium rare. 6. Put in the sliced bamboo shoots 7. Stir them all together for 1 minute 8.
