The pressure cooker must have eough liquid to or the food will ot cook properly. If the electric circuit is overloaded with other appliaces, your appliace may ot operate. The pressure cooker should be operated o a separate electrical circuit. Tougher, less expesive cuts of meat are better suited for the pressure cooker because cookig uder pressure breaks the fibers dow for teder results. Do ot add thickeers to your recipe (flour... ). The uit eeds liquid to cook uder pressure. Fresh fruit should be cooked o low pressure. Add a tablespoo of oil to the water to reduce the amout of foamig that beas produce.
