Guarantees for Bar Packages must match the event guarantee. Hosted & Cash Bars There is a $100 fee for each Bartender for 3 hours. $25 each additional hour for Hosted & Cash Bars. There is a $300 Beverage minimum, if the minimum is not achieved the balance will be charged to the master account.
