11 CATERING MENU There are spending minimums associated with reserving a private party space at The Sandbar. These minimums are based on details of your party. Inquire for more details. After 10pm all guests in the party must be over 21 years old. No exceptions. For parties under 30 people, there is a $100 room charge. There is no charge for parties of 30 people or more. Confirmations/Deposits: A credit card number is required to secure a specific date. The credit card number will only be charged if we are not given a 2-week notice for cancellation or if the services provided are not paid in full after the party. Any damages incurred to The Sandbar during your private party will be charged to the credit card on file. You will be notified of any charges. Cancellation Policy: A $100 cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card if we are not given a 14-day notice of cancellation. No Show Policy: A $300 no show fee will be applied to your credit card if your entire party fails to show up without cancelling first. Menus: Final menu selections must be received at least 2-weeks prior to the event. Menu items and preparations are subject to change depending on market availability. No food or alcoholic beverages may be brought into the establishment from outside sources, except for dessert. Methods of Payment: Payment is due immediately upon completion of function. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We cannot accept payment before the day of your event. Tax & Gratuities: All food & beverage prices are subject to a state sales tax. There is not automatic gratuity added to any food or beverage sales. We suggest leaving a 20% gratuity for the staff working your event. Rain Policy: In the event of rain, The Sandbar can move a party located outdoors to a covered deck or to a section indoors if one is available. Sandbar cannot guarantee an indoor space in the event of rain. There is no fee for rescheduling due to weather.
