ORIGIN: Product is processed in the United States of America PRODUCT GUARANTEE : Each delivery of articles of food hereafter made by the undersigned is guaranteed as of the date of delivery to be: not adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended; not an article which may not under the provisions of Section 404 or 505 of said Act to be introduced into Interstate Commerce; and, not in violation of the provisions of the Food Additives Amendment of This guaranty is in like terms applicable to any state law or municipal ordinance in which the definitions of adulteration or misbranded are substantially the same as those in said Federal Act. By the acceptance of this guaranty, you agree to promptly notify the undersigned in writing of any demand, complaint or proceeding for a claimed violation of any of the above-mentioned laws, giving the name and address of the complaining party and the product concerned. This guaranty is not assignable. Any guaranty heretofore issued which relates to the subject matter hereof is superseded by this guaranty which continues in full force until revoked by written notice. COMPOSITION: 100% Shelled Pecans BULK PACK SPECIFICATIONS: Packaged in a food grade corrugated box. Boxes have a food grade Michelman coated inside with a food grade dry coated parchment paper placed on the top and bottom of each box. Box closures are taped and sealed top and bottom. Product has the option to be packed in a food grade vacuum blue sealed bag. Vacuum packing adds an additional layer of protection from odorous foods a barrier to insects, airborne contamination and product moisture absorption. Markings on the carton include Product description, Product Code, Lot Number, Manufacturing Date, Serial Number, Pallet number and Net weight of the item, Kosher Certification. Palletized on a standard 48 x40 standard GMA pallet with a stack pattern of 10 boxes per layer by 6 boxes high, column and staggered stack pattern. Shelled Pecans do not fall within the category of Hazardous Chemicals as that term is defined in 29CFR and, therefore, do not require a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) to be in compliance with OSHA regulations. The hazard communication Standard (HCS) requires chemical manufacturers, distributors, or importers to provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS s) to communicate the hazards of a hazardous chemical product. Pecans are a natural food product intended for edible uses and are not a health, safety, or toxic chemical hazard.
