1 DEPARTMENT 13 VEGETABLES 1. In selecting vegetables for exhibition, choose such specimens that would bring the highest market price. Do not select the largest; select medium size specimens. Do not mix varieties. 2. Read premium material, carefully following all rules and regulations. If an entry calls for five specimens, be sure to exhibit that number; do not enter four or six. YOUR EXHIBITS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IF AN INCORRECT NUMBER OF SPECIMENS IS ENTERED. 3. Only one item may be entered per class. 4. Entry forms must be submitted to Diane Mott, 300 Grimms Road #1, Honesdale PA 18431, by July 1, There is an entry fee of $2.00 per person this must accompany your entry form. Please make checks payable to Wayne County Fair. **REMINDER** Entry day now takes place on Wednesday (August 2) from 1pm 7pm. Judging will be done on Thursday. ** Entry tags can be picked up on Monday, July 24 th from 4pm-6pm, please indicate on your entry form if you wish to pick up your tags or have them mailed.
