1 A contemporary meeting and co-working space in the heart of Clerkenwell. Space and Icons is a creative meeting space and conference centre in Clerkenwell, Central London. The space is fitted with Danish furniture, provided by Icons of Denmark, a brand agency representing the best of Danish designer furniture and interiors. With carefully selected high quality furniture designed for comfort and functionality, our rooms create a unique and stylish setting for your meeting. Space and Icons is more than just a meeting space inspiring creativity in a warm comfortable environment. The flexibilty of the space is perfect for meetings, conferences, trainings, events or functions. Book a room or the whole venue, there are many possibilities. The venue holds three conference/meeting rooms of different sizes: The Green Room, The Cabinet and The Library, as well as a large Break Out Space. AV-equipment, WiFi, flip charts, stationery, soft drinks, coffee, tea, fruit, snacks and more are fully accessible and complimentary. Catering can also be provided, and we are always happy to accommodate any special requests with catering and equipment. 2 The Green Room The Green Room is our biggest conference room. Spacious and bright, the room is ideal for meetings, events, training sessions, and workshops. The Green Room is our most flexible room and can be set up in a number of different seating arrangements and styles to suit your requirements including theatre, cabaret or boardroom. 3 The Cabinet Room The Cabinet Room is our medium sized creative conference room with sliding doors and curtains for extra privacy. Floor to ceiling windows take up an entire wall providing an abundance of natural light and the remaining bare walls provide a canvas perfect for creating your own visions. The Cabinet is ideal if you need a room for 14 people or less. 4 The Library The Library is our most intimate conference room and meeting space designed with a contemporary, Scandinavian feel. Natural light pours in through the skylight window above and bespoke furnishings create a perfect environment for interviews, brain storming sessions, small meetings, or time out to focus in privacy. 5 Breakout Space During your time at Space and Icons, please enjoy the breakout space, an innovative communal environment to meet, think and create. It is open plan and complete with comfortable and contemporary Danish furniture by Icons of Denmark. The Break Out Space has a variety of seating areas.you can relax and enjoy our wide self-service selection of refreshments: coffee, herbal teas, soft drinks, seasonal fruits, and sweet treats. Theatre - 60 people

6 Catering Lunch We can offer a number of options to cater lunch. All food is provided by local suppliers and the menus change regularly. We can cater to any dietery requirements. Sandwich Platter 7 + vat per person A selection of mixed sandwiches, including vegetarian, meat and salmon options (2 per person). Accompanied by a seasonal green salad. Additional sweet treat can be provided for 2 + vat per person. Salad Buffet Spread 10 + vat per person A spread of fresh seasoanl salads with a protein option to accompany. The menu changes regularly and can be provided the week before the event. Example of recent menu: Two salads Lentils, Conference Pear, Toasted Walnuts, Roast Red Onion, Pumpkin Seeds, Shaved Fennel, Baby Spinach & whole grain mustard dressing Steamed New Potatoes, Sprouting Broccoli, Roast Golden Beetroot, Pickled Red Cabbage & Land Cress. Choice of Vegetarian Aphrodite s Pomegranate ketchup roasted aubergine, Honey, Thyme, Pomegranate & Lemon Yoghurt. Meat Panko Chicken with confit garlic mayonnaise Fish Dill & Lemon Steam Baked Salmon Lunch Boxes Up to 20 people vat per person More than 20 people vat per person Each guest receives an individual lunch box which includes two salads and a protein option. The menu is available one week before the event. A recent example is below: Bavette steak with truffle, mushroom & arborio rice salad Orange & honey glazed chicken, wild rice, squash & cranberry salad Cranberry & chestnut falafel, mint yoghurt, broccoli & miso salad Spiced Coca Cola ham, purple sprouting broccoli & puy lentil salad with mint Rich yolk hen eggs, artichoke hearts, quinoa, kale and sunflower seeds Chalk Stream trout poached with lemon, parsley & capers with pearl barley, radish & fennel salad

7 Lunch Feast 16 + vat per person The Dayan & Webb Lunch Feat is our most comprehensive catering option. This includes a three course meal, served family style. The menu changes regularly as it s seasonal.
