2 These recipes will transform your January. Hi guys. I m delighted to share 18 delicious new recipes from Bodyism, each using our fantastic supplements. Every recipe just like every one of our supplements has been created to make your life healthier and happier by improving your sleep and supporting your digestion or nourishing your skin and boosting your immunity. Bodyism supplements are lovingly made to be kind to your body and kind on the planet. I spent years carefully creating them because I believe good quality, ethically sourced, well-researched supplements have an essential place in the modern diet. Food quality today isn t what it was. Modern farming methods, fertilisers and pesticides used to grow food quicker has deteriorated the nutrient levels in our food. However, the best supplements alongside a good diet can help naturally boost and nourish your body so you can be the best version of yourself. I ve found these 18 recipes including several gluten and dairy free options to be lifesavers when I need something quick and tasty to energise, recharge and rebalance my body. 3 MY SHAKE, BLEND & COOK TOP TIPS FRUIT V VEG Fresh fruit is really good for you but it can contain a lot of sugar. To avoid sugar highs and lows it s best to use fruit in moderation in your recipes. Prioritise veg then use fruit if you need to sweeten the deal. GET FAT Add some good fats to your smoothie - nut butter, nut milk, extra virgin coconut oil or a handful of nuts. Healthy fats keep you fuller for longer and can help decrease your sugar cravings. ICE ICE BABY Add some ice to your smoothie - it just makes it taste even more refreshing. SLOW DOWN It s very easy to down your smoothie but that can agitate the bacteria in your gut and cause bloating. Try and be mindful and enjoy small sips at a time. MANY MILKS Choose a milk that works for you - for me that s rice milk, but you might like organic full fat milk (and if you do, that s great). Sometimes, if I want something a little lighter, I use coconut water or normal water to blend my ingredients. SECRET SUGAR Always look at the sugar content of your milk alternative and go for unsweetened versions if you regularly experience sugar crashes (common in the office after a big lunch). BE KIND Most importantly, remember this is an opportunity for you to be kind to yourself. Listen to your body and choose foods which you enjoy and find nourish your body and soul.

4 shake JAMES S FAVOURITE SHAKE When I need a powerful dose of health this is my go-to. It packs a punch. Men can add two scoops of male testo for an added libido boost. 4 ice cubes 16oz filtered water 1 scoop Beauty Food 1 scoop Body Brilliance 1 scoops Ultimate Clean 1 scoop cacao 1 tbsp cacao nibs 1 tsp almond butter 1 tsp MCT or extra virgin coconut oil Method: Whizz it all up in a blender and add 1 shot of coffee in at the end if you like.

5 shake CHRISSY S FAVOURITE SHAKE This is Chrissy s favourite shake served at our Bodyism Cafe in Notting Hill. It s like a green juice but with all the benefits of Beauty Food. Trust me, your skin, hair and nails will thank you for it. 1 scoop Beauty Food 1 cup coconut water 1/5 cucumber (30g) ¼ cup spinach 3 ice cubes Method: Just whizz it up in a blender and enjoy!

6 shake METABOLIC MOCHA This Metabolic Mocha is my failsafe morning smoothie. If you don t have time to beat your eggs for breakfast this is a great fast way to get your quality protein hit before work. 1 banana 1 scoop Body Brilliance 1 scoop Ultimate Clean 125ml almond milk (unsweetened) 1 tsp ground coffee 1 tbsp raw cacao powder 115ml coconut water 3 ice cubes 1/8 red chilli, chopped Method: Just whizz it up in a blender and enjoy!

7 shake BERRY BURN FRUIT SHAKE Berries are my favourite fruits they re satisfyingly sweet but have a low glycemic index (GI) so won t send your sugar levels through the roof. I love to have frozen berries with a spoon of almond butter and some coconut yoghurt as an afternoon snack. 1 scoop Berry Burn 1.5 cups coconut water 1 cup frozen berries 1/2 handful fresh mint 3 ice cubes Method: Just whizz it up in a blender and enjoy!

8 shake ULTIMATE CLEAN SHAKE This is a high fibre prebiotic shake that will support the good bacteria in your gut, helping support your digestive system and cleanse you from the inside out. It s especially beneficial when travelling or extra busy and stressed with work. 1 scoop Ultimate Clean half an avocado 355ml brown rice milk 1 sprig of fresh mint 100g ice Method: Just whizz it up in a blender and enjoy!

9 shake CLEANER COLADA This is one of the best shakes to have whilst the sun is shining (or you re pretending it is). I love the tropical flavours in this shake. The fruit and coconut milk make this a holiday favourite. 1 scoop Beauty Food 1.5 cup coconut milk ½ cup frozen or regular pineapple 3 ice cubes Method: Just whizz it up in a blender and enjoy!

10 shake THE SUPERMODEL S SECRET WEAPON This shake cares for your every nutritional need as well as satisfying your cravings (it tastes like chocolate!). One scoop of Body Brilliance provides an organic dose of vegan protein, immunity boosting super greens and hit of digestive-supporting fibre. 250ml rice milk 1 scoop of Body Brilliance 1 tbsp almond butter 1 tsp cacao 1 tsp cinnamon 3 ice cubes Method: Just whizz it up in a blender and enjoy!

11 blend NOURISH ME ACAI BOWL Our cafe in Notting Hill has become famous for the acai bowls we serve. This one is blended with Body Brilliance to increase the protein content and avoid a sugar crash. 100g frozen açai pulp ½ a frozen banana 1 scoop Body Brilliance 50ml almond milk 75g frozen mixed berries Method: Just whizz it up in a blender and enjoy!

12 blend KETOGENIC KICK START Ample protein, high in healthy fats and low in carbs, this fat-burning ketogenic mix is the perfect way to start the day. scoop of Body Brilliance 250g coconut yogurt Method: Mix it up and enjoy for breakfast. The world record time for preparation is 11 seconds (yes, it was me).

13 blend BERRY BURN BLISS BALLS The perfect bite-size energy boost for a tasty snack or pre-workout pick-me-up. 1 scoop Berry Burn 30g dates 20g almonds 10g hemp seeds 10g chia seeds 30g pumpkin puree 30g dessicated coconut 20g cashew butter (or any nut butter you like) Method: Soak dates in water until soft, then simply put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz it up. Roll mixtures into balls, covering with the desiccated coconut and place in the freezer. Save your teeth defrost fully before eating.

14 blend PROTEIN EXCELLENCE BLISS BALLS The perfect post-workout snack full of good fats, protein and carbs. Don t forget to roll in lots of coconut! A scoop of Protein Excellence 20g almonds 20g almond butter (or nut butter of your choice) 30g dates 10g chia seeds 30g pumpkin puree 30g desiccated coconut Method: Soak dates in water until soft, then simply put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz it up. Roll mixtures into balls, covering with the desiccated coconut and place in the freezer. Defrost fully before devouring.

15 blend BODYISM KETOGENIC DREAM TIME A fat-burning ketogenic late night snack, full of healthy fats from the coconut yogurt and relaxing nutrients from our Serenity supplement. 3 tbsp coconut yogurt 1 scoop of Serenity Method: Mix it up and enjoy!

16 shake BERRY CHIA PUDDING This Berry Chia pudding is lovingly made with our potent Berry Burn supplement. Packed full of acai berries, blueberries and brindle berries, these powerful antioxidants can help your body recover from exercise and support your immunity. 1 scoop Berry Burn 1 cup almond milk 3 tbsp chia seeds 6 fresh strawberries 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes Method: In a blender mix the almond milk, Berry Burn and 3 strawberries then pour into a jar and stir in the chia seeds. Leave in the fridge over night. In the morning, spoon the coconut yoghurt on top of the chia pudding along with the remaining strawberry slices and coconut flakes. It tastes as good as it looks!

17 blend SUPERMODEL S ICE CREAM This ice cream tastes like chocolate and hazelnuts but is full of goodness. I ve added Body Brilliance just so you can feel smug that you ve got all your nutrient greens in there too. 1 cup roasted hazelnuts 4 bananas 1 scoop Body Brilliance 1 cup almond milk 2 tbsp raw cacao powder 1 tsp vanilla essence a pinch of salt Method: Blitz the hazelnuts in a food processor until you have a nut butter. Spoon the butter into a mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and pour the mixture back into the food processor and blitz again. Pour into a tub and freeze for a few hours, stir, then put back in the freezer ready for when you need a delicious sweet treat.

18 cook BODY BRILLIANCE PANCAKES The OG (original gangsta) of the Bodyism World, these pancakes are a household favourite. 50g gluten free oats 50g ground almond meal 4 eggs (or equivalent of 4 flax seed eggs for vegan option) 1 scoop Body brilliance 1 tsp cacao powder 1 mashed banana 1 tsp coconut oil Method: Mix all the ingredients together, heat a frying pan and add the coconut oil. Pour a ladle of the batter into the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side. I love topping mine with coconut yogurt, almond butter and fresh berries.

19 cook I AM POWERFUL PORRIDGE Every ingredient in this porridge will energise you to start your day on the right note. Rich, nourishing and the most delicious bowl of banana and almond buttery goodness. I love it as a post-workout snack too. 3/4 cup gluten free porridge oats ½ banana mashed 1 ¼ cup almond milk ½ tsp cinnamon 1 tsp coconut oil 1 scoop Protein Excellence 1 tbsp almond butter ½ sliced banana Hemp seeds and toasted hazelnuts for optional topping Method: In a saucepan place oats, banana and almond milk on a low heat for approximately 7 minutes then stir in the protein excellence, cinnamon and coconut oil. Pour in a bowl and top with almond butter, sliced banana, hemp seeds and hazelnuts.

20 cook HOT CHOCOLATE WITH SERENITY If you ve read my new book, Blueprint for Health, you know about my embarrassing late night snacking addiction. Serenity has been the saviour for me and many of my clients who crave something sweet at night and have trouble falling asleep. One scoop of Serenity provides a dose of rejuvenating protein, calming magnesium and lots of soothing herbs. 1 cup rice milk 1 scoop Serenity 1 tbsp cacao 1/2 mashed banana Method: Add all the ingredients into a saucepan, mix well and heat slowly on the hob, once warm pour into a mug and enjoy. Add any topping of your choice!

21 cook SLEEPY PORRIDGE This is my favourite late-night snack as Serenity mixed with oats is such a nourishing way to wind down after a busy day. The fusion of chamomile, magnesium and hops in the Serenity alongside the oats will help you relax, mentally calm down and set you up for a wonderful night s sleep. ¾ cup coconut milk or milk of choice ½ coconut water ½ cup gluten free porridge oats ¼ tsp vanilla essence ½ tsp cinnamon 1 tsp coconut oil 1 scoop of Serenity Method: In a saucepan mix the oats, milk and coconut water. Place on a low heat for approximately 7 minutes, then stir in the Serenity supplement, vanilla essence, cinnamon and coconut oil. For toppings, go wild. Raw nuts, coconut yogurt and fresh figs go great with this one.
