Strossmayera u Osijeku, Kralja Petra Svačića 1d Osijek,Hrvatska Sažetak S ciljem uspoređivanja dvije vrste mliječnih zamjenica i mlijeka, kroz proizvodne parametre i zdravstveno stanje teladi proveden je pokus na trideset šest (36) teladi holstein pasmine u razdoblju od dana. Tijekom pokusa telad je dnevno konzumirala iste količine tekuće hrane. Kontrolna je napajana nepasteriziranim sirovim mlijekom, pokusna teladi (P1) mliječnom zamjenicom A standardne kakvoće, a pokusna teladi (P2) mliječnom zamjenicom B bolje nutritivne vrijednosti bjelančevina, obogaćene imunoglobulinima jajeta (do 4. tjedna). Od 4. tjedna do kraja pokusa telad pokusne skupine (P2) napajana je mliječnom zamjenicom A. Vrijednost završne tjelesne mase bila je najbolja kod teladi kontrolne skupine, što je bilo statistički značajno (P<0,05) u odnosu na telad pokusne skupine P2, a statistički visoko signifikantno (P<0,01) u odnosu na telad pokusne skupine P1. Prosječan dnevni prirast je bio također najbolji kod teladi kontrolne skupine, što je bilo statistički vrlo značajno (P<0,01) u odnosu na telad P1 i P2 skupine. I konzumacija starter smjese je bila najveća kod teladi kontrolne skupine, a najniža u teladi pokusne skupine P2. Iako je opravdano očekivan, preventivni zdravstveni učinak mliječne zamjenice B na pojavu proljeva je izostao. Dakle, visok proizvodnozdravstveni učinak sisajuće teladi moguće je postići zamjenicama vrhunske nutritivne i higijenske vrijednosti. Uvod Iako je znano da punomasno mlijeko predstavlja najprirodniju i nutritivno najbolje uravnoteženu hranu sisajuće teladi (Green, 1996.), u sustavima intenzivne govedarske proizvodnje vrlo je zastupljena primjena mliječnih zamjenica i to u vrlo ranoj starosnoj dobi. Zbog specifičnosti aktivnosti enzimatskog sustava mlade teladi kao i genetske predispozicije brzom porastu, razlog je poticanju punog mlijeka kao hrane, jer sastav i struktura hranjivih tvari u mlijeku na granici su idealnog podmirenja potreba organizma teladi. Uspoređujući s mliječnom zamjenicom, mlijeko sadrži veći broj biostimulirajućih tvari kao što su; peptidi, hormonske tvari i laktoferini (Zabielski, 2001.). Prestižnu hranjivu vrijednost mlijeka u hrani teladi u odnosu na drugu tekuću hranu ispitivao je veći broj autora (Godden i sur., 2005.; Niwinska i sur., 2004.; Domaćinović i sur., 2009.) i potvrdio bolje proizvodne rezultate, manji morbiditet i mortalitet, te cjenovnu konkurentnost prirasta kod teladi hranjene pasteriziranim mlijekom u odnosu na telad hranjenu mliječnom zamjenicom. No, suprotne rezultate prethodnim autorima daju istraživanja Yanar i sur. (2000.), koji zamjenjujući mlijeko mliječnom zamjenicom u različitom postotku (25,50,75, i 100 %) nije utvrdio statistički značajne razlike (P>0,05) u dnevnom prirastu, iskorištenju hrane i tjelesnim mjerama. Uspoređujući učinak mlijeka i zamjenice za mlijeko u hranidbi sisajuće teladi El-Jack i Ahmed (2012.) su čak dobili bolje proizvodne rezultate kod teladi na mliječnoj zamjenici. Procjenjuje se da ovi izrazito oprečni rezultati o proizvodnom i zdravstvenom učinku mliječnih zamjenica u hrani teladi proističu od izbora krmiva i hranidbene vrijednosti mliječnih zamjenica (Quigley, 2010.) th Croatian & 8 th International Symposium on Agriculture Dubrovnik Croatia
2 Stočarstvo Cilj ovog istraživanja je uspoređujući dvije vrste mliječnih zamjenica i mlijeka, a na temelju proizvodnih i zdravstvenih pokazatelja dati odgovor koja vrsta tekuće hrane može biti rješenje u othrani sisajuće teladi. Materijal i metode Praktični dio istraživanja proveden na trideset šest (36) teladi holstein-frizijske pasmine podijeljenih u tri skupine sa po dvanaest (12) u skupini. Praktični dio pokusa je obuhvaćao vrijeme od telenja do odbića, ukupno šestdeset tri (63) dana. Tijekom pokusa telad su boravila u individualnim boksovima, na čijoj prednjoj strani su postavljene posude za napajanje tekućom hranom, posude sa starter smjesu, te posuda s vodom. Individualno hranjenje teladi u svim ma bilo je ujednačeno po količini i broju napajanja, a razlika se odnosila na vrstu, mlijeko u kontrolnoj, odnosno mliječna zamjenica A (P1) i mliječna zamjenica B (P2), od 4. dana 4. tjedna, a potom do kraja pokusa mliječna zamjenica A. Mliječna zamjenica A sadržavala je 21% sirovih bjelančevina (od čega je 62,5% bjelančevina bilo mliječnoga, a 37,5% biljnoga podrijetla), sa 16% sirove masti. Mliječna zamjenica B sadržavala 22,5% ukupnih sirovih bjelančevina (100% bjelančevina mliječnog podrijetla) s 18% sirove masti. Ova mliječna zamjenica bila je obogaćena specifičnim protutijelima, dobivenim iz žumanjka jajeta, na bakterije roda Salmonella, Escherichia Coli te rota i corona viruse. Tijekom pokusa je praćeno kretanje tjelesne mase teladi individualnim vaganjem, na početku pokusa 22. dan i na kraju pokusa. Temeljem informacije o tjelesnoj masi bilo je moguće pratiti i dnevni prirast teladi. Rezultati istraživanja obrađeni su uz pomoć statističkog programa Statistica for Windows v.7.1. (StatSoft Inc, 2005.). Rezultati i rasprava Kao što je iz rezultata tablice 1 vidljivo, prosječne tjelesne mase teladi na početku pokusa bile su ujednačene između, bez statistički značajnih razlika (P>0,05). Vrijednosti tjelesnih masa teladi pri drugom kontrolnom vaganju je bila najbolja kod teladi pokusne skupine P2, a vrlo približnu vrijednost ostvarila je telad kontrolne skupine, dok je najnižu prosječnu tjelesnu masu zabilježila telad pokusne skupine P1. Utvrđene razlike prosječnih vrijednosti tjelesnih masa teladi kontrolne skupine i pokusne skupine P2 bile su i statistički značajne na razini (P<0,05) u odnosu na telad pokusne skupine P1. Tablica 1. 3 teladi pri napajanju mlijekom u odnosu na mliječnu zamjenicu dobili su Lee i sur. (2009.) i Godden i sur. (2005.), dok Masun i sur. (2009.) i Leon i Benzera (1990.) nisu utvrdili statistički značajne razlike u tjelesnoj masi između teladi napajane mlijekom i mliječnim zamjenicama. Suprotno našim rezultatima, El-Jack i Ahmed (2012.) su pri othrani sisajuće teladi s mliječnom zamjenicom dobili značajno veće tjelesne mase teladi u odnosu na punomasno mlijeko. Prosječan dnevni prirast u prvom razdoblju pokusa bio je najniži kod teladi pokusne skupine P1, što je bilo i statistički značajno manje (P<0,05) u odnosu na dnevne priraste teladi kontrolne skupine i pokusne skupine P2. U drugom razdoblju pokusa također je najbolje dnevne priraste postigla telad kontrolne skupine, što je bilo visoko signifikantno (P<0,01) u odnosu na dvije pokusne skupine (P1 i P2). Skupno gledano, prosječan dnevni prirast tijekom cijelog razdoblja pokusa bio je najbolji u kontrolnoj skupini, potom u pokusnoj skupini P2, dok je najniži prirast imala telad pokusne skupine P1. Statistički vrlo značajna (P<0,01) razlika utvrđena je između kontrolne skupine u odnosu na dvije pokusne P1 i P2 te između pokusne skupine P2 i P1. Caugant i sur. (1993.), Khorasani i sur. (1989.) i Dawson i sur. (1988.) su također utvrdili niže priraste tjelesne mase kod teladi napajane mliječnim zamjenicama koje su sadržavale veće udjele biljnih bjelančevina (soja). Tablica 2. Razlika u konzumaciji smjese kod teladi pokusnih može se tumačiti većom koncentracijom bjelančevina, masti, kao i većom energetskom vrijednošću mliječne zamjenice B, iz koje je telad kvalitetnije zadovoljavala svoje ukupne nutritivne potrebe, što je u skladu s rezultatima istraživanja Hill i sur. (2006.). Evidentiranjem zdravstvenog stanja teladi tijekom pokusa zabilježena je pojava pneumonije kod teladi svih, s tim da je učestalost pojeve pneumonije bila u pokusnim ma čak za 50 % veća. Glede pojave proljeva, intenzitet pojavnosti bio je ujednačen kod svih. Iako je bilo za očekivati, da dodavanje imunoglobulina iz žumanjka kokošjeg jajeta u formulaciju mliječne zamjenice B utječe na prevenciju pojave proljeva teladi pokusne skupine P2, to se u ovom istraživanju nije pokazalo učinkovitim. Međutim, prema rezultatima Vega i sur. (2011.), te Kurokia i sur. Intenzitet pojavnosti pneumonije i proljeva u teladi tijekom pokusa Kontrolna Pokusna Pokusna P1 P2 Pneumonija Pojava proljeva Zaključak Na temelju dobivenih rezultata praćenih proizvodnih i zdravstvenih parametara pri othrani teladi različitim vrstama tekuće hrane moguće je zaključiti slijedeće: vrijednosti tjelesne mase i dnevnih prirasta teladi pokusne skupine P2 potvrđuju da sastav i hranjiva vrijednost mliječnih zamjenica izravno određuju i proizvodni učinak teladi u uzgoju, da je za sisajuću telad, osobito u prvim tjednima života, neophodna visoka kvaliteta mliječnih zamjenica, da je očekivani preventivni učinak mliječne zamjenice B na pojavu proljeva izostao. Visoki proizvodni učinak sisajuće teladi uz održavanje poželjno dobrog zdravstvenog stanja moguće je postići zamjenicama vrhunske nutritivne vrijednosti. A practical experiment was carried out on thirty-six (36) Holstein calves during the period from 1st to 63rd days of life. During the experiment the calves consumed daily the same amount of liquid food. The control group was fed unpasteurized raw milk, the experimental group of calves (P1) was fed milk replacer (A) of standard quality, and the experimental group of calves (P2) was fed milk replacer (B) of better nutritional value of protein, enriched with egg immunoglobulin s (by the fourth weeks). From the fourth weeks until the end of the experiment calves experimental group (P2) is fed milk replacer. Results of final body weight showed the best values in the calves of the control group, and then the calves of experimental group P2, which was statistically significant better (P<0.01) than calves of experimental P1 group. Average daily gain was also the best in the calves of the control group, which was statistically highly significant (P <0.01) than the calves of the experimental P1 and P2 groups. The consumption of starter mix was also highest for the calves of the control group, and lowest in the experimental P2 group of calves. While it is reasonably expected, preventive effect of milk replacement B on the occurrence of diarrhea was absent. The results obtained from this study suggest that a high production-health effect of suckling calves can be achieved with the milk-replacement of superior nutritional and hygienic value.
