1 Gurkha INDIAN & NEPALESE CUISINE Gurkhas are world famous soldiers, highly prized in the British Army and known for their bravery and courage. They come from the mountainous country of Nepal, which nestles in the Himalyas, bordering Tibet in the North, and India on it s southern foothills. Nepal has many geographical regions and this is reflected in the preparation of food which varies from region to region. However, the common factor is the use of spices and flavouring such as ginger, garlic, turmeric (ayurvedic herbs powder), peppers, chillies, cumin, coriander, cilantro and fresh herbs. We use a charcoal clay oven and all food is prepared daily and carefully cooked to your order - Please be patient whilst we prepare your dishes. Because our produce is freshly delivered daily, we may not always be able to offer all dishes on the menu, and there will be seasonal changes. Upon request, all of the dishes on this menu may be served mld, medium or spicy hot. King Prawn Puri 5.95 Prawns cooked in a spicy tangy sauce & served on deep fried home-made bread. Goan Scallops 5.95 Scallops marinated with plain flour, spices and deep fried and served with our special sauce, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Lamb Chops 5.95 Succulent and tender lamb chops cooked in the charcoal clay oven marinated in yoghurt, mustard oil and garam massala. King Prawns 6.95 Jumbo prawns in their shells steeped in a yoghurt marinade with saffron, carom seed and grilled in a clay charcoal oven to a golden hue.

3 MAIN COURSE Chicken Lamb SIZZLING DISHES Chicken / Lamb Tikka Tender breast of chicken or lamb marinated in yoghurt and spices and griddled in our Charcoal clayoven and presented sizzling to the table. Malai Tikka marinated in yoghurt and spices flavoured with cardomon and stems of coriander. Tandoori Chicken (Half) Chicken on the bone marinated in the chef s special recipe and cooked in the tandoor. Salmon Tikka Salmon marinated in yoghurt, mustard and spices and then cooked in the Clay Charcoal oven. Tandoori King Prawn Sizzling Jumbo prawns marinated in yoghurt and grilled in our charcoal clay oven and served with onion and tomato relish. Mixed Grill Our chef presents his special selection of sizzling dishes which changes regularly and includes seafood, chicken and lamb dishes served with our own recipe sauces SEA FOOD DISHES Goan Prawn Curry [West Region] King Prawns cooked with coconut Nepalese sauce tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves. Monk Fish Malabar [South Region] A South Indian Delicacy of Monk Fish cooked with coconut and onions and flavoured tamarind. One of the Signature Dishes. King Prawn Jalfrezi King prawns prepared with a blend of herbs and spices with some extra green chilli.
