2 The purpose of this Allergen Information Booklet is to help you choose appropriate menu items from our takeaway, if you or someone you care for has: A food allergy or food intolerance Coeliac disease This booklet provides allergen information highlighted in bold, CAPITALS from the ingredients list. Please ensure you thoroughly read the ingredients. While we endeavour to keep things separate, we cannot always guarantee any item is allergen free. We also cannot guarantee that our food is completely nut or peanut free. Through production the oils are selected to our demanding specifications and processing is rigorously controlled at each stage to ensure that it meets the consistent high standard you expect. We fry our chips in certified sustainable palm oil. Papa G s prepares its fresh chicken kebab in store using a variety of spices, which are then left to marinate together to give the kebab a unique flavour and taste. Cod is popular as a food as it is a lean protein enriched fish with a light flavour and dense flaky white flesh. Cod is a great choice for health-conscious customers. Our fresh Cod is delivered to our store every second day as our aim is to provide fresh daily produce to our customers. When we prepare and fillet our cod fish, we use MSG which is a type of salt and a flavour enhancer. We then coat our cod in ground rice before it is dipped in our freshly prepared batter and fried.
