1 PUREED MEALS Award Winning

2 We have worked together to strengthen dietary values in food by increasing energy and protein values which are particularly important for nutritionally vulnerable patients. We have reduced allergens across all categories by removing dairy and gluten from many of our meals allowing you to create a specialist diet menu suitable for all patients. Maxine Cartz, Registered Dietitian, Medirest, Compass Group Yearsley Food provided us the tools to create tasty, varied menus including tasting sessions, menu planning and ongoing support. Bryony Campion, Lead Advanced Specialist Gastroenterology Dietitian completely allergen free meals dairy free options gluten free choices COMPASS SECTOR SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR 2016 Last year, Yearsley Food was awarded Compass Sector Supplier of the Year. This was given in recognition of our continued innovation, support and dedication. We are very proud of our extensive range of high quality, nutritious and visually appealing texture modified meals.
