2 Nutty Nutty 2 cups gluten free rolled oats 1 cup mixed raw nuts; hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios (coarsely pulsed in a blender) 1/2 cup unsweetened dried cranberries & chopped apricots 1/4 cup dried unsweetened coconut 1/4 cup raw seeds (sunflower or pumpkin) 3-4 tablespoons maple syrup 2 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp Beyond Greens 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp fine sea salt Preheat the oven to 315 O F. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, mixing well and tossing to coat. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes, until very lightly toasted. Cool before serving. Granola can be kept in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks. This granola tastes great on top of yogurt, as a salad topper, or simply on its own. serves6
3 Green Green 4 oz frozen mixed berries 1/4 small banana 2 tbsp unsweetened plain yogurt 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/3 cup orange juice 1 tsp Beyond Greens 1 tbsp Udo's Oil Blend 1 tbsp honey (optional) Simply combine all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy! Udo's Oil Blend is an organic source of Omega-3,-6 & -9 in a combination of flax, coconut and a variety of other oils. serves1
4 No Bake No Bake 1 cup crispy brown rice cereal (no sugar added) 1/2 cup dried unsweetened coconut, + extra for rolling 1/2 cup gluten free oats, coarsely ground in food processor 1/4 cup almond butter, preferably raw 1/4 cup hemp hearts 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tbsp Beyond Greens 1 tsp Udo's Oil Blend 1 tsp dark cocoa powder A pinch sea salt In a bowl mix the brown rice cereal, hemp hearts, coconut, oats, and salt. In another bowl combine the almond butter, maple syrup, Beyond Greens, Udo's Oil Blend and cocoa powder. Combine the wet and dry ingredients to thoroughly combine. Take a golf ball size of the mixture and squeeze it into a ball, then roll in the extra coconut. Continue until all of the mixture is used up. Store in the freezer for an easy snack, anytime. makes20bites
5 Vegan Vegan 2 1/4 cups gluten free oats 2 cups spelt flour 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries 1 cup sunflower seeds 3/4 cup dried coconut (unsweetened) 3/4 cup cocoa nibs 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup sliced almonds 1/2 cup hemp hearts 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 tbsp cinnamon 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 3/4 cup grapeseed oil 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup molasses 1 tbsp Beyond Greens Sea Salt Preheat the oven to 350. Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper. Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl & mix together until just combined. Combine all of the wet ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add wet mixture to dry mixture until just combined. Using an ice cream scoop or a spoon, shape cookies into 2-inch mounds. Sprinkle the cookies with a pinch of sea salt and bake for 12 to 13 minutes, or until the edges are just golden. Do not over bake. Let cool completely before serving. makes30cookies
6 No Sugar 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds 1/3 cup sunflower seeds 1/3 cup dried coconut 1/3 cup sesame seeds 1 mashed banana 3 dates 3 chopped apricots 1 tbsp Udo's Oil Blend 1 tsp Beyond Greens Pulse pumpkin and sunflower seeds in a blender. Remove and place in a small bowl. Blend banana and dates in a blender until smooth. No Sugar Add pulsed seeds and all remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix together.
