2 About us Established in 1996 EHL Ingredients is a leading importer of a wide range of quality food ingredients for the food manufacturing and catering industries. EHL are always on the look out for new ideas and new ingredients. We specialise in dried and dehydrated food ingredients including herbs and spices, onions,vegetables, dried fruit & nuts,bouillons, gravies, seasonings, marinades, blends and core cooking ingredients many also available as organic, gluten free and vegan friendly. We strive to provide a personalised customer service with a speedy turnaround for the fast paced food industry. Our core business started with food manufacturers but we are expanding our foodservice business with a new brand Lähde.
