1 PÉTRUS There is no official classification of Pomerol, but Petrus is unofficially recognized as a Premiere cru. It fetches a much higher price than any other red wine in the world, wine market, and at auction it achieves even higher prices relative to the rest. Tequila Súper Premium Dos Armadillos Tequila Súper Premium Made with 100% Weber blue agave THE REGION The distillery, is located in the village of Mazamitla, in southern Jalisco, at an altitude of 7,220 feet above sea level. The Agave is grown in the small town of Amatitan, located in the heart of Jalisco, where the blue agave has grown for centuries. This agave is special because of the volcanic soil in the region; resulting 23

2 in abundant flora that gives the agave its unique herbaceous scent and flavor. It is the creation Mexican sculptor and artist Carlos Bustos, who employs over 150 years of generation knowledge, extending back to his great-grandparents. Bustos has practice the art of molding clay since childhood, studied at and graduated from the School of Visual Art at the University Of Guadalajara, and to date has created more than 260 monumental sculptures throughout Mexico. In addition to his talents as a sculptor, he is known for restoring works of art in various media, and is licensed in restoration by the INAH (National Institute of Anthropology and History). Bustos primarily works with clay, high and low fire ceramics, desfrujulado clay (in a liquid state), lost wax bronze casting, silicon bronze, silver, resin, fiberglass, and scrap materials. He is an ardent promoter of eco-friendly materials and green techniques. 26

5 Luxory Ceramica Each piece is fired in a brick and ceramic fiber kiln at a temperature of 1562 F. After firing, each pieceis carved with a diamond blade saw (used for fine cuts). Each bottle is unique in shape and decoration. Sterling Silver The silver armor plate is mounted on the clay bottle. The silver armor plate is made with a lost wax casting technique. It is 2.5mm to 3mm thick. The center of each bottle boasts a silver sculpture created by Carlos Bustos. The silver bottle weighs 8.00 lbs. Our objective is work as directly as possible with growers who are dedicated to produce limited quantities of the finest-quality wines and who share our passion for terroir, that ephemeral sense of place. We only include exceptional wines in our catalog; we have tasted each wine and have a firsthand knowledge of the producer and its process. We took our selection based on our personal opinion and 28

7 first-palate tasting. We select wines for ourselves, and for people who currently appreciate our wines, or will appreciate in the future when our future clientele improve their plate. The wine is transformed into something more pleasurable as they age but also may decay. For wines with maturity over a decade, we use professional tasting rate obtained from tasting the wine in barrel at the estate; from bottle at the estate; and/or from bottle at a private cellar. It indicates quality and the rate itself refers to a specific quality on this scale. It gives an absolute indication, and not a relative one, so that it can be used to compare different growths, different vintages, and different appellations. The score is intended to help our clientele decide which wine suits its personal taste best, especially when you hesitate between two wines with the same or similar rate. We understand that media ratings can be useful tools, especially for those new to wine, although our wines are often height rated, we don t published the numerical scores of wines like Wine Spectator magazine (WS) and Robert Parker from The Wine Advocate journal (RP or WA). We believe that those ratings are too simplistic to capture the breadth and complexity of wine and only consider some of the wines that are actually imported to their country. Minimum order 6 cases. Orders for less than 6 cases may be delivered if there is a scheduled delivery in route or area. If no delivery in route, a fuel surcharge or carrier cost is added to the invoice. We may charge up to $1.60 per bottle when an order is less than a complete case unless the case is already open. 29
