1 Conference Packages Allée Bleue is much more than just a wine farm. Allée Bleue is the ideal place in which to indulge yourself and relax. We offer an excellently equipped location for business events and a stylish setting for private and business functions of any type. Our estate successfully combines elegance, technology and hospitality to provide a sophisticated conference and event venue.

3 Conference package Full Day Rates are R345, 00 per person, based on an 8 hour stay Half Day Rates are R320, 00 per person, excluding 1 coffee break Welcome Each guest will receive a welcome box on arrival served with Tea and coffee. These welcome boxes will include Muffin (Blueberry or Carrot or Date) or Glass jar with yogurt, muesli and fresh fruit Biscuit trio (Muesli rusk, Short bread, fudge) Bar one for a 25 Hour day Cordial (Lemon or Rose Geranium or Buchu or Ginger) these cordials are delicious and refreshing. Packet of mints Mid-morning break Coffee & Tea Sandwich selection Lunch 2-course lunch menu Please choose from our menu selection below Afternoon break (not included in Half Day Package) Coffee & tea, rusks Rates are also inclusive of notepads and pens, free parking and VAT.

4 Lunch menu selection Please select from the menu below, one main option and one dessert option for your pre selected conference lunch menu. Note that Delegates will not be allowed a choice on the day of the conference.. If your group exceed 30 guests a buffet station will be set up with your selection. MAINS: Slow cooked paprika lamb shank wrapped in a phyllo blanket served with saffron potato rosti and plum and chick pea salsa Orange and tarragon stuffed red snapper served with Provençal style cous cous Beetroot and smoked feta risotto served with sour cream mousse Beef fillet stuffed with feta and basil pesto served with brioche, asparagus and beetroot jus topped with horseradish cream Pumpkin seeds crusted salmon, pea and goats cheese risotto and oyster and apple jus Stuffed chicken supreme, potato and rosemary gratin served with seasonal vegetables and chili chocolate jus Mustard, tomato and brie tart served with melon and Parma Ham salad, drizzled with balsamic reduction DESSERTS: Yoghurt panna cotta served with Allee Bleue rose consommé Shiraz and port ice cream served in brandy snap basket drizzled with white chocolate sauce Cinnamon poached pear served with mascarpone sorbet Lemon meringue pies Baked white chocolate cheese cake served with dark chocolate salad

5 Dietary requirements Allée Bleue will take care of ordering in any Kosher or Halaal meals from a reputable supplier. Please provide your coordinator with these specific details at least 7 days in advance. The Beverages Allée Bleue is fully licensed and will meet all your beverage requirements, including the fine Allée Bleue wines. Kindly note, that with the exception of wines and sparkling wines no other liquor or beverages may be brought onto the estate. Confirmation of current bar prices has to be signed off by the client. Corkage fee Corkage for non Allée Bleue wines, sparkling wines and champagnes will be charged at R per bottle. Please note that Allée Bleue wines may NOT be purchased directly from the Wine Tasting department, all wines must be ordered through the functions department. A 10% Service fee is applicable on food and beverage and will be charged onto the final bill All prices for food or beverages are subject to change at any stage. Teambuilding Team building activities are available on request. Please contact your coordinator. We are pleased to recommend professional partner companies. 7 Provisional bookings Allée Bleue does not allow provisional bookings to be made. We work on a first come, first serve basis. Only upon receiving your deposit and signed contract, will your booking be confirmed. Confirming your booking In order to confirm your booking with Allée Bleue, 50% of the invoice will be required to secure your booking and completed from below along with each page intialled Final confirmation and invoicing The balance of the invoice will need to be settled with the final invoice sent prior to the function day. You will receive your final payable invoice 10 days before your function date. Full payment must be made no later than 7 days prior to the function date, with proof of payment sent to Allée Bleue. Any outstanding amounts that may be recorded on the day of the function should be settled no later than one week subsequent to your function. Should the function be cancelled less than 3 months prior to the date of the event, 100% of the venue fee will be required. Should the function be cancelled less than 1 month prior to the date of event, 100% of the full and final invoice is to be settled, as well as any additional hiring goods agreed upon Bookings will only be cancelled upon receipt of a written cancellation.

8 Function security Should you require any additional security guards (service provided by Centurion Security) a fee of R per guard will be invoiced. Site inspections Please contact us for your personal site inspections by appointment only.
