The lcatin must be wned, leased r perated by the caterer, r the spnsr f the event fr which liqur catering services are being prvided. If the catered event is pen t the public, the event must be spnsred by a sciety r rganizatin as defined in RCW The licensee is prhibited frm catering events at liqur-licensed premises. The licensee is required t btain a cmmissary kitchen license, a fd service business permit r equivalent permit/license issued by the cunty r city health department. The licensee is required t send a list f scheduled liqur-catered events t their reginal enfrcement ffice n the first f each mnth. All emplyees that sell r serve alchl must hld MAST permits. The Beer/Wine Caterer licensee Must have the ability t prvide and prepare minimum fd services (sandwiches, salad, sup, hamburgers, pizza and fry rders) at the licensed kitchen premises. Must have the necessary kitchen equipment t prepare the minimum fd service. The Spirits/Beer/Wine Caterer Must have the ability t prepare and serve at least eight cmplete meals at the licensed kitchen premises. This license is issued nly t theaters that have a maximum f 120 seats per screen/rm, prvide tabletp accmmdatins fr in-theater dining, and meet the fd service requirements fr cmplete meals under WAC Add-n Endrsements: Retailer Receiving Direct Shipments Spirits Retailer $177 Allws the licensee t sell spirits in riginal cntainers t cnsumers fr ff-premises cnsumptin, permit hlders, and t n-premises liqur retailers fr resale at their licensed premises. Premises must be at least 10,000 square feet f fully enclsed retail space within a single structure; including stre rms and ther interir auxiliary areas (exceptins may be granted). A Spirits Retailer licensee that intends t sell t anther retailer must pssess a federal Basic Permit under the Federal Alchl Administratin Act that prvides fr purchasing distilled spirits fr resale at whlesale. A Basic Permit is required fr each lcatin frm which the Spirits Retailer licensee intends t sell t an n-premises liqur retailer. A VIP airprt lunge is an establishment in an internatinal airprt lcated beynd security checkpints that prvides a special space t sit, relax, read, wrk and enjy beverages. ENDORSEMENTS Endrsements are additins t a liqur license and change the nrmal circumstances under which alchl may be sld and served. Each type f endrsement is subject t specific regulatins and cnditins. Endrsements are nly valid in cnjunctin with liqur licenses. Alchl in Candy Allws a Grcery Stre with a Snack Bar license t sell cnfectins cntaining mre than 1% but nt mre than 10% alchl by weight t persns at least 21 years ld. Grcery Stre Beer/Wine Tasting Allws a Grcery Stre licensee t have beer and wine tastings at their licensed premises. The stre must perate a fully enclsed retail area f at least 10,000 square feet (exceptins may be granted). Caterer $372 Allws a Spirits, Beer and Wine Restaurant, Beer and/r Wine Restaurant, and a Sprts Entertainment Facility licensee t sell and/r serve liqur at event lcatins at a specified date and place nt currently licensed.
