On the palate, this is quite ripe and fruity, but is refreshed by a citrus like acidity & balanced by a persistent layer of chalk and stones. Matua Squealing Pig Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough, New Zealand Loaded with grapefruit and citrus, Squealing Pig is clean and linear, with long, chalky acidity. Classic gooseberry, citrus and passion fruit flavors combine with the faintest hint of jalapeno to form a completely layered and expressive palate dominated by its bright finish floral & fruity flight $ 17 Jaffurs Viognier Santa Barbara, California Pretty floral and tropical aromas float lovingly over a palate of rich peach and honeysuckle which is complemented by a refreshing acidity and a subtle mineral quality. Jaffurs is reminiscent of the finest French Viognier from the Condrieu in Rhone. Boeckel Gewürztraminer Alsace, France This gewürztraminer is dominated by an intense bouquet of orange citrus, honey suckle, musk and rose petals on the nose. On the palate there is power and richness, while the tropical, bright and vibrant acid give this wine incredible length. Reichsgraf von Kesselstatt Piesporter Goldtröpfchen Spätlese Mosel, Germany This is very alluring Riesling that showcases flavors of apple tart, mango, apricot and kumquat followed by baked pineapple and stony citrus notes that are very well- integrated on the long, lush and clean finish strikingly distinctive flight $ 15 Umani Ronchi Casal di Serra Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Marche, Italy This verdicchio is fresh and elegant with hints of pineapple, guava, peach and hazelnut and great minerality and acidity. This a gorgeous expression of what inexpensive Italian White Wine can be. Avancia Cuvee de O Godello Valdeorras, Spain High- pitched aromas of candied orange, honeysuckle, limestone and candied ginger, along with an exotic note of curry powder emanate from the glass. Bright, focused and concentrated, it is showing impressive clarity to its chalk- accented orange zest, vanilla and quince flavors. Stemmler Chardonnay Napa Valley, California Ripe and rich aromas of apple, citrus, and peach open the show with just a touch of creamy oak and fresh churned butter. Turkey Flats Rosé Barossa Valley, Australia Bright and pure, this gorgeous rose shows mixed red fruits in the bouquet while strawberries, cherries and red raspberry round out the flavors of this full bodied and balanced Australian rose. Reichsraf Von Buhl Pinot Noir Rosé Pfalz, Germany A restrained but vibrant nose of red fruit, strawberry and watermelon lead the way with organic floral qualities and herbs. A touch of minerality and a lively acidity follow closely and persist until the end to help this wine to finish bone dry and absolutely beautiful

Max Growick- Wine Lounge Server Amayna Pinot Noir Leyda Valley, Chile Highly reminiscent of a serious Burgundy, this Chilean Pinot Noir has luscious dark fruits up front that are chased by subtle smoke and striking velvety texture. As the wine opens, the semi- sweet tannins become more pronounced and wrap your mouth in an all- consuming, loving embrace. Pine Ridge Forefront Pinot Noir Central Coast, California Brilliant aromas of juicy red cherry and strawberry rhubarb pie delight the nose. The palate teems with luscious blueberry, raspberry and vivid cherry fruit. Vibrant acidity and balance characterize the lush palate. The wine finishes smoothly with hints of ground clove, wildflower honey and bramble berry complemented by a meandering and graceful conclusion. McNabb Petit Syrah Mendocino County, California Complex and powerful, this wine will amaze and delight you with heady aromas of mulberries, blackberries and dark plum with hints of rich peppery spice. No aggressive tannins here. It is velvety, smooth and luscious with every sip. Zuccardi Series Q Malbec Mendoza, Argentina Inviting scents of cedar, Asian spices, lavender, and black cherry lead to a plush, dense, layered, pleasure- bent Malbec with blazing acidity that propels the dark fruit, toast and vanilla flavors. Cuvee des Princes D Orange Cotes du Rhone Rhone, France The nose has hints of hazelnut, white pepper, black fruits and forest floor. The palate is rich and complex with a touch of blackcurrant and black cherry followed by graphite, pencil lead and a dry but balanced finish. Pinord Clos del Mas Priorat Priorat, Spain Aromas of black raspberry, dark cherry, smoke, spice and chocolate are evident immediately. It is full bodied, deeply fruity and has significant tannins that develop with time in the glass. The tannins are by no means invasive, rather they are velvety and sweet on the palate simply amazing flight $ 18 Lenotti Massimo Rosso Veneto, Italy The grapes are air- dried for 50 days and then fermented for that baby- Amarone touch of richness! Up front, the aromas and flavors show slightly sweet cherries and red berry fruits that are followed by dried herbs, black tea, stony minerality and a touch of spice. It is medium bodied with a stunning juicy acid quality that helps to balance the powerful tannins. La Storia Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley, California Aromas and flavors of blueberries, blackberry and black licorice with a hint of herbs and ripe olives. The predominantly French oak aging contributes nuances of cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa dust and slight smokiness. The mouth feel is fresh and juicy with balanced acidity and very soft tannins. Dry Creek The Mariner Red Blend Dry Creek Valley, California Bright red fruits and dried floral aromas lead to dark cherry, cassis, toasty oak and hints of espresso.
