1 Wine List Amarone is an independent family owned restaurant, specialising in fresh, modern Italian cuisine, fusing traditional with the innovative. The food takes its inspiration from the regional dishes which our chefs have brought with them from Italy, and our wine list is designed with careful thought and attention, in order to complement our food perfectly. Here at Amarone we take our drink as seriously as our food and our staff are on hand to help you with any questions, pairings or selections you may have. Our passion for one of the finest Italian wines is such that we have named our restaurant after it! Amarone della Valpolicella is made from Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone grapes in the best vineyards in the heart of Valpolicella, east of Lake Garda in the Veneto region. We will always endeavour to have the wines listed in stock, but due to the import nature of these very specific wines this may not always be the case, and in certain instances, vintages may change depending on the supply chain or production levels.
