These flavours carry onto the palate with lime and grapefruit dancing across slightly natural acid to a satisfyingly dry finish Derwent Valley, TAS 59 Floral aromatics with the zesty citrus feel. Soft with depth in the mid palate providing exquisite mouthfeel Margaret River, WA Lemon and lime with subtle star anise, lemongrass and clove. Richness and weight are balanced with fresh acidity Marlborough, NZ Lifted and complex, passion fruit and lemon/lime flavours feature strongly on the nose. Crisp and dry with lovely acidity Veneto, Italy 59 Floral acacia prominently surrounded by fruity pear and apricot. A soft and textural mouthfeel showing both depth and elegance. Fine, silky tannins. Deep red with a good tinge of purple colour; the bouquet shy and somewhat reticent, unready, and laced with some smoky toasty oak Barossa, SA Piedmont Italy 130 Leather, truffle and tilled soil aromas. Dense and forward lead to juicy black cherry and star anise. Velvety tannins give it a smooth, polished texture.
