3 A White Christmas On arrival you will be greeted with a welcome drink, before making your way into our stunning Ballroom, which will be themed for a White Christmas with a beautiful tree, projection of snowflakes and sparkly dance floor. Your table will be dressed in winter white, with festive crackers and decorations. You will then be served a delicious, three course Christmas meal by our experienced team. After the dinner, you can dance the night away to music provided by our live DJ, who will keep you up on your feet all night. Bookings are required for tables of 8. (A limited amount of tables for 10 are available at an additional cost. Please let us know if you require a bigger table.) 5 Book now To make an enquiry or book, please contact our dedicated team TheAthenaeumBSE the_athenaeum_bse TERMS OF BOOKING A non-refundable per person deposit is required to secure every booking. Once any payment is received no refunds or special discounts will be given. All payments are non-transferable to other events and cannot be used to pay for beverages at the event. Final balance payments are due no later than 14 days prior to the event date or entry will be refused. Any bookings made after 21st of November are not eligible for a deposit payment and must be paid in full. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted into our shared party nights. Please be prepared to provide proof of age with valid and current identification. This can be either a UK photo card driver s licence or passport. The team at the Apex and security contractors reserve the right to conduct ID checks at any time. All pre-orders must be returned at least one month before the event with any special dietary requirements. Any last changes must be submitted at least one week prior to the event. Any damages to property of The Anthenaeum will be charged back to the party organiser who, by confirming a booking, accepts liability for any damages caused by their party. No food or drink can be brought onto the premises. Random searches will be carried out on entry. Anyone found bringing such items to the event will have the items confiscated and may be refused entry. In this situation, no refunds will be given.
