5 Dessert Wine 1. Santa Monica Late Harvest Rapel Valley, Chile % ml A sweet, concentrated dessert wine made from 80% Semillon and 20% Riesling. Ripe peach, pear and apricot fruits dominate the bouquet, mingling happily with vanilla and honey notes Port Fortified Wine 1. Kopke Fine Tawny (NV) ml Lively brown-orange coloured. Nose of honeydew fruit combined with vanilla fragrant notes. Smooth and round taste, full of rich and involving flavours. 2. Kopke LBV (2011) ml Opaque and deep ebony colour. The nose is dominated by notes of ripe dark stone fruit and hints of cacao and chocolate, already showing the signs of some cask ageing. The mouth is full bodied and tight showing good acidity, fresh tannins as well as a long rich finish. 3. Kopke Vintage (1999) ml Finely balanced tawny of outstanding richness and complexity. The additional ten years of aging, produces a fine balance between the rich, raisin fruit and the nutty, honeyed finish a taste to linger over. Sherry 1.
