We will be serving a delicious 4-course dinner, including a bottle of our fine wine, for $119 per couple (plus tax and gratuity). Make reservations early! 5 The Lucy List Volunteer Bottlers Many volunteers have been helping in the wine cellar for 22 years! Great teamwork generates a case of wine per minute. Fill, Cork, Cap, Seal, Label, Box one bottle at a time. Quality control sipping may happen. A hearty meal is served for the volunteers afterwards. Call Joe to be added to the Lucy List and join the fun!

6 Cellar Sips with Joe It s hard to believe 2018 is past and 2019 is here. As we move forward into a brand new year and look back to 2018 a lot has happened in the cellar. I have produced a sparkling Chardonnay from Ohio grapes that will be available this spring. The cellar is busting at the seams with an addition of a third tier of barrels to help fulfill your thirsty needs. Thank you all for making my dream a reality! Lastly, please come in and join me for a Mortgage Burning Party, Saturday January 5 th. We will be celebrating all day but will officially Burn the Mortgage at 8 PM. Sounds like a lot of fun, and free cake too! On a sad note I found out we lost one of our early cellar helpers: Dave Gampfer (fondly known as Bad Dave).
