You ll meet our english speaking guide in the city center, a welcomed stop at a charming florentine coffee shop to taste the real Italian espresso with a local pastry get you ready to start the market tour and experience the best in fresh, seasonal produce and products Florence has to offer. Florence market is a fascinated historic place, it ll bring you back to a highly important and vibrant piece of Florence s old centre, with traditional shops run by artisanal traders who share a passion for their craft. Each corner is an ideal place to do your shopping and find real, honest food at the right price; the very best that Tuscany and Italy have to offer. After the market a gourmet food walk into the gastronomic italian excellence will end our tour. 4 Florence Day Experiences Chianti Wine Tour Explore the beautiful Chianti area with us and immerse yourselves in the amazing Tuscan landscape. Our first stop will be an exclusive top rated Chianti winery located in a historic castle or villa, where the winery guide will introduce you to the world of wine and winemaking, to its history and legends and to the discovery of the wine cantina and cellars. A guided wine and extra virgin olive oil tasting will follow. Your next stop will be in a small, lively Chianti village, either Greve, Radda or Castellina in Chianti. You will visit the village having time to shop for local specialties and handicrafts. By now it is lunch time and you will have time to sit and relax in a typical Tuscan restaurant and enjoy fresh local dishes. The afternoon will progress with another Chianti Classico winery visit, allowing you to begin to understand the range of aromas and flavors that Chianti Classico wines have to offer. Our driver drop you off at the hotel in the late afternoon Day tour includes Travel by Mercedes or equivalent level car or minibus from Florence, Englishspeaking driver (7 hours total), tour of two Chianti Classico wineries, guided tasting of wines and olive oil, a visit to one or two small towns and their wine and food shops, lunch in a typical Tuscan restaurant.
