3 Welcome to The Roundhouse. A truly local pub, where everybody knows your name. We re pretty confident that we can offer you a wonderful, contemporary, memorable British pub Christmas experience. Our unique team offers a blend of enthusiasm, experience, knowledge and warmth allowing you to sit back, relax and unwind in our cosy little pub. We also know how to take the stress out of your christmas organising. With a wealth of experience in catering for all tastes and requirements. Our drinks offering is vast and varied, also changing with the seasons, whilst our kitchen team work tirelessly to provide fresh, locally sourced produce designed to put a smile on your face. Please read on for a little taste of what we re proud of and allow us to help in organising your party. 5 SPACES Our day-to-day pub life is everything you can imagine. Wonderful atmosphere, smiling faces, great beers and a comfortable place to enjoy it all within. We re also fortunate enough to have plenty of space to accommodate a number of different group bookings all with their own flavour. All provided with no room hire fees, just a very reasonable minimum spend requirement. Read on for a little glimpse of what we have to offer.
6 BAR We boast a beautiful saloon bar, with space for seated groups to gather and dine, or alternatively, larger parties can claim a base table and mingle amongst themselves. With 17 beers on the pull, a carefully selected, seasonal wine offering, an enormous back bar packed with all your favourite spirits, signature cocktails & plenty of nonalcoholic choices. We re bound to have a bit of what you fancy. RESTAURANT If you require a little more exclusivity, our raised rear restaurant is perfect. With enough flexibility to accommodate even the most unusual of Christmas parties. All standing events with canapes distributed throughout, bucket of champagne or beers on ice ready to go. Perhaps a more formal seated affair, gathered around a banqueting table. We ve got you covered.
7 GARDEN Sun-drenched in the summer, well heated as the cooler weather kicks in. The wrap around nature of our external seating ensure you still feel part o the action. Not only can we provide the perfect escape during the humidity of June & July, Aperol spritz keeping you hydrated, but with one hand wrapped around a cup of mulled wine, its winter appeal is just as strong. 8 DRINKS PACKAGES When hosting a lavish celebration, we understand the need to keep an eye on the financials. As such, we ve put together a few options to help keep all of your guests more than happy whilst also ensuring the accountant isn t losing too much sleep. Only available when pre-ordered. House Wine Deal Mix & match 6 bottles of house wine for 99. Ideal table wine that never disappoints. Roundhouse Favorites Mix & match 6 bottles of any variety from our carefully selected wine menu & we ll shave 10% of the total. A great opportunity to watch the spend, or perhaps a good excuse to go for something a little more special.
9 Bubbles Probably the best way to begin any event. For parties of 10 or more, a glass of prosecco on arrival for each of your guests for 5.50 per person. Upgrade to a glass of Mumm Cordon Rouge for 7.20 per person for a welcome glass of authentic French champagne. Cocktail Sharers A real show stopper. We will gladly provide your choice of 5 litre or 8 litre sharers. Guests can help themselves to one of our carefully prepared cocktails. Always a really popular choice. 13 Food As a business that has built its reputation on delicious, prompt and well considered meals, we always endeavour to get this across in all of our offerings. A small family gathering will find comfort in a varied selection of treats, whilst the big birthday party, wedding or office get together can expect substantial canapes circulated throughout the duration of their event. Our chefs have been together as a team for a number of years, they know what it takes to create memorable experiences that encourage guests to come back and try something different each time. 18 Christmas Day The moment we ve all been waiting for. The big day is here, the presents are wrapped & the festive cheer is at fever pitch. We want to take the pressure off & provide you with a memorable feast, free of any food prep or washing up. Just you & those dearest, relaxing with a glass of sherry & all the other essential Christmas consumables! We ve carefully constructed a Christmas day menu, aimed to make you feel spoilt, gluttonous, over indulged & extremely satisfied. There s also a menu just for the little ones. Bring the kids, bring the grandparents, the in-laws, bring your friends & lets all have merry Christmas together in Wandsworth's favourite pub. We ve even persuaded Santa to tag along with a sack full of goodies.

21 Terms & Conditions Provisional Bookings: We only hold a provisional booking for a maximum of 7 days. During this time we will contact you if there are any other enquiries for the same time. Deposits & Confirmation: A small deposit is required to secure all bookings to the sum of 10 per number of guests attending. We require canapés and buffets selections to be paid for at least 7 days in advance, assuming the total spend is greater than the previously paid deposit. In the event the deposit is of a greater amount then the pre-order, the difference is refunded on the day of the event. As these are specialty menus that do not feature as part of our normal a la carte menu, cancelation may result in forfeiture of your pre-payment. We will always endeavour to cater for any fluctuation in guests after this time. Minimum spend: For parties of 14 or more, a small minimum spend is applied to your booking. These spends are fair and reasonable and cover any potential loss of trade should number dramatically diminish and we are unable to fill the space left. Please get in touch with our management team to confirm the minimum spend amount for you event. Failure to reach the minimum spend will result in the difference being taken from the remaining deposit amount. Payments: We accept payments in cash, debit or credit card, in person, over the telephone or via our booking system only. Bank transfers are also accepted, although the booking will not be confirmed until the transaction has been confirmed. We do not accept cheques. Cancelations: Cancelations must be made to no later than 7 days from the date of your function to guarantee the full pre-payment will be refunded. We reserve the right to retain the deposit if this period is exceeded. Service Charge: Service is added to the cost of the pre-ordered product. The management and/or events team will make you aware of this and all service charges are totally at the discretion of the customer. Should you wish to pay service 100% of the proceeds go to the staff. Loss or damage: We take no responsibility for loss of personal belongings on the premises. T&C s agreement: The payment of a deposit and/or confirmation of any booking means you agree to our terms and conditions, bookings are made for specific date, time and area within the premises and are not transferable.
