1 PRIVATE EVENT INFORMATION AND PACKAGES Our events are designed to be easy to organize and plan, leading to a wonderful and effortless dining experience at Inovasi. 5 THE BASICS All Final gauranteed guest counts are due 7 days prior to the event, any reduction in guests after 7 days prior shall be billed at the gauranteed guest count. The event contact is responsible for informing inovasi of any changes to guest count, menu items and other details 7 days prior to the event. All menu selections are due 7 days before the event is scheduled. Minimum fees The only occasion Inovasi will require a food and beverage minimum is on Friday and Saturday evenings. Groups up to 20 - $1800 Groups $3000 Groups $4500 Restaurant Buyout Availability Inovasi is available for large private events buy securing the entire restaurant for your group. The food and beverage minimum for these events: Monday Friday Lunch - $2500 Monday Thursday Dinner - $5000 Friday and Saturday Dinner - $8000 All prices subject to 9% sales tax and 20% gratuity. We are happy to provide floral, decorative, and general design services for your event! (additional fees apply) ASK ABOUT CUSTOM DESIGNED MENUS, WINE TASTING EVENTS, OR SPECIAL THEMED EVENTS.
