3 History Augustin Huneeus believes the world s best wines capture the essence of their place of origin Winery founded in 1986 when Huneeus purchased the Paul Masson vineyard in Soledad and the Pinnacles vineyard, famous for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay 700 acres in Paso Robles added in 1999

4 Pinnacles vineyard Located on 1200 acres south of Monterey in the Salinas valley. Morning and evening fog and a daily dose of sunshine produce a climate ideal for cool weather varietals such as Pinot Noir, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay.

6 Stonewall Vineyard The Santa Lucia highlands have become famous for Pinot Noir. The 100 acre Stonewall Vineyard is cooler than the Pinnacles Vineyard and fruit ripens later in the year Extended hang-time creates Pinot Noir which is powerful, deeply colored and intensely concentrated

7 Paso Robles Only 20 miles inland, the 700 acre Keyes Canyon Vineyard sees very warm days, yet cool evenings affected by fog Cabernet Sauvignon and other red varietals ripen fully but retain sufficient acidity to make balanced wines

10 Estancia White Wines The Chardonnay has ripe apple and pear aromas and a hint of hazelnut and caramel The Pinot Grigio has aromas of melon, pear, citrus and apricot with a crisp palate and a vibrant fruity finish Estancia s Sauvignon Blanc is reminiscent of orange blossoms, green apple and citrus

11 Estancia Pinot Noirs The Pinnacles Vineyard Pinot Noir has dark berry and black cherry aromas and flavors without bitter or aggressive tannins The Stonewall Vineyard Pinot Noir shows notes of rose petal and red cherries on the nose and bright fruit with spicy sweet oak in the mouth

12 Paso Robles Wines The Paso Robles designated wines include a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Zinfandel Black cherry, chocolate, current and spice characterize the Estancia Cabernet Sauvignon The Zinfandel shows classic boysenberry and cherry flavors with hints of red plum and cocoa in the aroma
