2 COCKTAILS Bloom n Berries 9.50 Inspired by our travels around the world, this cocktail is served with Bloom gin, muddled with fresh berries and cucumber topped with Mediterranean tonic. Hendricks Punch 8.50 A delightful mix of all things sweet, fresh strawberries, elderflower, cloudy apple juice and the iconic Hendricks gin. This cocktail is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Pornstar Martini 9.50 This popular London classic is mixed with vodka, passion fruit puree and served with a large shot of Prosecco. We keep this recipe close to our chest, but this is a must for gin lovers.. Our innovative North Gin tasting board, allows you to taste 4 different gins with two recommended mixers and accompaniments. 4

5 WHITE WINES 125ml 175ml 250ml Bottle Les Boules Blanc (France) This Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc blend is very French, with floral and citrus notes, unpretentious and easy-drinking. Zibibbo Vitesse, Colomba Bianca, (Sicily, Italy) Lifted notes of succulent white peach and dried apricot combine with soft floral aromatics of orange blossom and jasmine. Foundstone Unoaked Chardonnay, Berton Vineyard (South East Australia) A fusion of peach, mango, mandarin and kiwi fruit engulfs the palate preluding the subtle nuances of vanilla and cream. A lovely acid line throughout leads to a long and tasty finish. Faultline, Sauvignon Blanc (Southern Island, New Zealand) Typical notes of passionfruit and mango with a fresh and herbaceous flavour. Entre Deux Mers, Château Lestrille (Bordeaux, France) Unveiling an expressive mineral character on the palate, this wine is lively with good length and shows remarkable balance Viognier, Château de Campuget, (Languedoc Roussillon, France) A beautifully balanced and aromatic wine with ripe pear, ginger and honeysuckle character, full and textured through to a lively finish. 5

Reminiscent of a cross between Viognier and Grüner Veltliner. Apostrophe Stones Throw White, Larry Cherubino (Western Australia) Riesling s cool minerality meshes with Gewürztraminer s exotic spice and rose water, in this delicious, refreshing blend. Pouilly Fumé Laurier, Domaine Tabordet (Loire Valley, France) A classic Pouilly Fume showing herbaceous and citrus notes combined with white flowers finishing on a long mineral and refreshing note. Gavi di Gavi Rovereto, Michele Chiarlo (Piedmont, Italy) Dry, balanced and fragrant with a silky texture and incredible length on the finish. Chablis Brigitte Cerveau, Domaine Brigitte Cerveau (Burgundy, France) Crisp, dry and elegantly textured on the palate with a fine, lingering finish. Meursault Les Grands Charrons, Château de Cîteaux (Burgundy, France) Smooth and creamy with beautiful balance and an impressively long, elegant finish. 6

7 RED WINES 125ml 175ml 250ml Bottle Les Boules Red (France) A beautifully balanced wine, this has the refreshing zing of a good Beaujolais allied to the chunkiness of a southern French blend. Nero d Avola Vitese, Colomba Bianca, (Sicily, Italy) A delightful wine with rich, juicy flavours of fleshy plum and black cherries interlaced with subtle sweet spice and liquorice notes, backed by a spicy finish. Wine Makers Reserve The Black Shiraz, Berton Vineyard (South East Australia) Densely hued, this is a rich and fleshy Shiraz with generous minty cherry, plum and mocha over hints of smoky oak.. Ondarre Rioja Reserva, (Rioja, Spain) Leather, vanilla and spice of traditionally made Rioja enveloped in a smooth and textured palate. Maggio Old Vines Zinfandel, Oak Ridge Winery (California, USA) Ripe black fruit flavours with subtle jam and chocolate overtones, typical of these family grown vineyards. Barbera d Asti Palas, Michele Chiarlo (Piedmont, Italy) This fruity cherry scented wine with its ripe red berried fruit is a vibrant expression of the Barbera grape. Harmonious with great freshness, it has a clean and elegant finish. 7

Primitivo di Manduria Talo, San Marzano (Puglia, Italy) A rich and opulent wine with vibrant flavours of stewed red peppers and ripe brambly fruit on a cinnamon background (our favourite). Pinot Noir, Tramin (Alto Adige, Italy) Typical cherry flavours with hints of spice and a touch of oak. Smooth and velvety with an elegant finish. Pinotage, Groot Constantia (Western Cape, South Africa) Aromas of red cherries and dark chocolate, with hints of herbs and toasty oak through to a warm and spicy finish. St. Emilion Grand Cru, Château Cruzeau (Bordeaux, France) Château Cruzeau is a Grand Cru Saint Emilion of great finesse and character, showing ripe dark berried fruits complemented by cedar, spice, savoury notes and subtle hints of vanilla. Marsannay, Domaine Pierre Naigeons (Burgundy, France) An accessible red Burgundy showing plump and fleshy red fruits with notes of violets. 8

9 ROSÉ WINES 125ml 175ml 250ml Bottle Pinot Grigio Blush, Novità (Veneto, Italy) Pretty pink colour, the wine is fruity with aromas of ripe cherries and strawberries. Off dry, made in a very drinkable style. Cuvée Henri Fabre Rosé, Domaine Fabre, Côtes de Provence (Provence, France) Refreshingly fruity and floral bouquet with delicate white spice and strawberry flavours on the palate Rosé Syrah Vermentino, Château de Campuget, Costières de Nîmes (Rhône, France) This dry, aromatic rosé shows enticing notes of grapefruit with delicate citrus hints, a refreshing palate of elegant red berry fruits and passion fruit. 9

10 CHAMPAGNE AND SPARKLING 125ml Bottle Prosecco Brut Fili, Sacchetto Vini (Veneto, Italy) Full flavoured Prosecco with crisp apple fruit through to a dry and refreshing finish. Pinot Grigio Blush Spumante Brut Fili, Sacchetto Vini (Veneto, Italy) Delightful pale coloured sparkling rosé, easy drinking showing strawberry fruit with a flavoursome finish. Brut Carte Blanche, Champagne Bernard Remy (Champagne, France) Refreshing notes of lime and lemon combine with floral nuances, honey and brioche on the palate. Elegant and fresh. Brut Rosé, Champagne Bernard Remy (Champagne, France) Lovely deep salmon colour, this elegant rosé Champagne displays refreshing strawberry flavours with a deliciously clean and zesty finish. Brut Art Déco, Champagne Collet (Champagne, France) A swirl of very fine bubbles is reflected in a creamy style of Champagne with developed biscuity notes from extended ageing on the lees and a lovely long and savoury finish. Cuvée Rosé, Champagne Laurent Perrier (Champagne, France) Deep pink-salmon, with very fine bubbles. Bright, fresh and intense, with notes of raspberries, strawberries and black cherries. A benchmark rosé. 10

11 DESSERT WINES 50ml 100ml ½Bottle Botrytis Semillon Halves, Berton Vineyard (South East Australia) With honeyed flavours of peach and apricot, which are well balanced by natural acidity. Elysium Black Muscat Halves, Quady (California, USA) The vibrant acidity balances beautifully with the sweetness of this wine making it a very refreshing drop. Vya Extra Dry Vermouth, Quady 3.50 (California, USA) The objective was to give equal weight to the vinosity of the base wines (a mixture of Colombard and Orange Muscat) and to the selection of botanicals e.g. dried herbs including lavender, angelica and spices such as cinnamon which are subtle on the palate. Vya Sweet Vermouth, Quady 3.50 (California, USA) Complex warm and spicy notes originate from the use of over 17 herbs and spices which creates a beautiful balance between the bitter elements from the botanicals and the sweetness of the base. Starboard Batch 88, Quady 5.75 (California, USA) Rich and spicy, port-like wine with luscious ripe blackberry, raisin and chocolate truffle flavours on the palate and a fine acidity and soft tannins. 11
