1 Creation. Pinots from Heaven (2) Last weekend saw Creation Wines participating in the 5th annual Hemel-en-Aarde Pinot Noir Celebration by hosting an event titled Burgundy meets Creation. The glittering occasion featured a brunch pairing showing Creation s award-winning Pinot Noir portfolio along with a special selection from Domaine Philippe Colin in the village of Chassagne-Montrachet, Burgundy where he currently has one Grand Cru and nine Premier Crus. Guests were welcomed with a glass of the crisp and elegant Elation MCC accompanied by a delectable spread of canapés such as Deep-fried Smoked Duck, Beetroot and Pinot Salt Ravioli with Cheese Mousse, Pistachio and Raspberry. We loved the Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Syrah and unexpectedly the Chardonnay Reserve poured in large goblet glasses.... We bought 4 bottles of wine to take away.
