2 CHAMPAGNE DRAPPIER CARD D OR Champagne with a fine aromatic richness, it opens with aromas of stoned fruits such as white vineyard peach. A spicy hint announces a powerful complex palate. MOET & CHANDON IMPERIAL The vibrant intensity of green apple and citrus fruit combined with the freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers. Moet & Chandon offers aromas of brioche, cereal and fresh nuts. ROSÉ BOLLINGER Dry, powerful and very serious indeed, this highly polished rosé combines notes of plum, patisserie, cinnamon and spice. VEUVE CLICQUOT PONSARDIN Initial notes of fruit are followed by more discreet aromas of brioche and vanilla. It offers a perfect balance of finesse and forcefulness. DOM PÉRIGNON VINTAGE Big and fruity initially, a mouthful of ripeness. Then the texture and structure of this dense wine come through. It s as much wine as Champagne, rich, the apple and fresh pear flavours vying with yeasty and a tense crispness. MALTESE SPARKLING WINES GELLEWZA FRIZZANTE This delicious semi-sparkling, medium dry wine is bursting with ripe fruity flavours. A delicate strawberry bouquet is followed by a steady stream of fizz and fruit. GIRGENTA FRIZZANTE This crisp, refreshing, fruity dry semi-sparkling wine is full flavoured with a creamy rich mouthful of fizz & fruit. ITALIAN SPARKLING WINES PROSECCO BIANCA NERA Pale light yellow colour, with fine perlage. Delicately fruity, slightly aromatic bouquet. Well balanced and light body. Harmonic at the taste. LUNETTA ROSÉ SPUMANTE CAVIT A fresh and dry sparkling rosé with persistent white foam, beautifully cherry pink in colour. Red berry characters on the nose and palate make this soft and approachable in character.

3 MALTESE WHITE WINES CAVALLI SAUVIGNON BLANC A fine sharp nose reminiscent of gooseberries. A herbaceous fruity dry white wine with the varietal characteristics. LA TORRE SAUVIGNON BLANC ( 9.50 HALF) Refreshing with intense ripe fruit flavours of pears and tropical notes of bananas and mango. CARAVAGGIO CHARDONNAY This dry, medium to full-bodied white wine has citrus flavours of ripe lemons and delicate fruity-floral aromas of apples and honeysuckle. CARAVAGGIO CHENIN BLANC A dry white wine with aromas reminiscent of apples, peaches and apricots. Well balanced with refreshing levels of acidity. MEDINA GIRGENTINA CHARDONNAY Dry, light and fresh. Creamy flavours and refreshing crispness. GRAN CAVALIER SAUVIGNON BLANC Before pressing, the grapes are left in contact with the skins to extract maximum flavour and varietals characteristics. The result is full flavoured, rich, delicious Sauvignon Blanc. ISIS CHARDONNAY Isis is characterised by fresh tropical fruit flavours. The name Isis recalls the Phoenician goddess of sailors whose vigilant eye still graces the prow of the Maltese fishing luzzu.

4 OLD WORLD WHITE WINES FRANCE BLANC CHÂTEAU ROQUEFORT Slim, elegant taste of the wine captures the fresh acidity, light mineral nuances and fruity notes. The finish is long and refreshing. MUSCADET DE SÈVRE ET MAINE SUR LIE Pale gold with a subtle golden shimmer. On the nose expressive, with floral notes and notes of tropical fruit. Fresh on the attack, round and very full on the palate. The olfactory aromatic complexity is echoed on the palate with notes of tropical fruit and citrus fruit. Long and very pleasant finish. CHABLIS J. MOREAU & FILS The vines grow on gentle slopes along the perimeter of the Chablis Grand Cru and Premier Cru appellations. Pale gold in colour with slight green tinges and a fruity nose with butter an hazelnut aromas. SANCERRE BLANC PASCAL JOLIVET % Sauvignon Blanc. A wine of style marked by richness, elegance and smoothness. This wine is powerful and presents a perfect balance. ITALY ORVIETO CLASSICO PICCINI Pleasant, delicate perfume with fruity notes. Dry flavour with a slightly bitter fine and delicate aftertaste. VERDICCHIO DEI CASTELLI DI JESI CLASSICO The wine has good structure, filled with lots of fresh fruit and bright colours, which are underlined by almond tones. SOAVE BOLLA Bright, pale yellow colour; intense and fragrant bouquet of hedgerow and elderflower with notes of tropical fruit and candied apricot on the palate. The close is tangy, well balanced and persistent. GAVI DI GAVI UMBERTO FIORE PIEMONTE Cortese, Piedmont s finest white grape, is at the heart of Gavi di Gavi and is distinguished by its crisp, floral, peachy, aromatic qualities. This wine is best enjoyed young.

5 NEW WORLD WHITE WINES BLOSSOM HILL CRISPY & FRUIT U.S.A Crisp and Fruity this delicate white balance apricot and melon aromas with a touch of smooth vanilla. KLEINE ZALZE CHENIN BLANC SOUTH AFRICA Strong guava combined with ripe pineapple, lychee and peach aromas show on the nose and follow through to the palate. They are complemented by a long, clean, crisp aftertaste. ALAMOS CATENA TORRONTES ARGENTINA A full and rich wine with concentrated ripe pear and fig fruit mingled with vanilla and sweet spice oak flavours. The finish is clean and fresh with bright crisp acidity. ROBERT MONDAVI WOODBRIDGE CHARDONNAY U.S.A This Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, fruity wine dominated by tropical and citrus fruit and lemon peel, complemented by white peach and distinctive herb notes. VICTORIA HEIGHTS SHIRAZ MALTA This fruity, dry rosé wine is made entirely from Gozitan Shiraz (Syrah) grapes vinified rosé. Ripe sweet fruit has given this wine concentrated red berry flavours with a slightly higher degree of natural alcohol. An easy drinking delicious rosé. ROSÉ D ANJOU CHATELAIN DESJACQUES FRANCE Bursting with red berry and fruit flavours, slightly sweet with lively acidity to keep them refreshing. 6 MALTESE RED WINES LA TORRE CABERNET SAUVIGNON ( 9.50 HALF) Very smooth on the palate with concentrated, complex aromas of forest berries and smoky flavours combined with velvety ripe tannins and a pleasantly long finish. CARAVAGGIO MERLOT A medium-bodied, dry red wine with a purple, ruby colour with a red soft fruit character of plums and raspberries, combined with ripe soft velvety tannins. MEDINA SYRAH The noble Syrah grape shows its true flavours in this easy drinking, unoaked red wine of great charm and finesse. The result is a light-bodied, juicy red wine that delivers fruit driven flavours followed by a soft, refreshing aftertaste that lingers attractively in the mouth. GRAND VIN DE HAUTEVILLE SHIRAZ A full-bodied, fruit packed blend of Shiraz which fills out the middle palate which is dominated by blackcurrant flavours of the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This barrel matured, robust wine has good length and an elegant finish. GRAN CAVALLIER MERLOT This full bodied, elegant robust red wine has been matured and softened in French Oak Barriques. This wine may contain a natural sediment deposited as a result of its ageing process. BEL SYRAH Bel is made from the finest Syrah grapes. The resulting wine is silky, and its prune, blueberry and peppery spice flavours are enhanced by careful ageing in barrique.

A smooth wine with fine tannins, harmonious and complete. CHÂTEAU NICOT RED A fine line of acidity cuts through its core. The well balanced tannins act as ample support for the rich fruit flavours. A touch of earth and spice round out this palate pleaser. CÔTES DU RHÔNE ROUGE PARALLÈLE Deep colour with an attractive brilliance. Elegant and aromatic with red fruits blended with spices. Well-structured with rounded tannins and with a final spicy note. CHÂTEAU CLAIR MOULIN MEDOC This is a round, fleshy and well-balanced wine with aromas. PINOT NOIR BOURGOGNE DOMAINE FAIVELEY A beautiful dark ruby colour. The nose opens up with notes of fresh red fruits and spices. Pleasant to taste, this wine has a round and fruity attack before revealing its fine and silky tannins. ITALY NERO D AVOLA TASCA D ALMERITA This Nero d Avola has two souls, one aged in steel, the other in wood. This preserves the emblematic nature of the grape red fruit and liquorice together with the subdued nature of the wood that tames the tannins. VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO BOLLA This sumptuous wine has flavours of berries, cherries and almonds, enhanced with subtle oak, vanilla and spice complexity from aging in new oak casks. BARBERA D ASTI BENI DI BATASIOLO Red garnet, crystal clear and transparent. Perfumes pleasantly fruity with slight nuances of wood and plants. The palate is dry, full of remarkable freshness and structure, in line with tradition. CHIANTI CLASSICO AZIANO Rich red with a scent of sweet spices, black plums and a touch of rose petal. Palate shows fennel seeds, white pepper and dried rosemary mixed with plum and cherries. Silky tannins, yet firm with balanced acidity and excellent length.
