1 WINE TASTING NOTES Allure Pink Moscato - Bright pink color indicates the wine will be very festive in nature. Apricot, peach, bergamot, and mint flavors give this Pink Moscato a fresh and lively demeanor. The combination of bubbles and off-dry balance enhance the refreshment enjoyed with each sip. It should be ready to serve throughout the meal, including dessert. Big Guy Red - On the nose the wine opens with sweet oak notes of vanilla accompanied by perfumed, dusted raspberries, underlain with hints of dried cranberry. Well balanced, with a lovely structure, the soft tannins and sweet vanilla oak carry the red fruits, delivering flavors that gently expand on the palate. Bl es Organic Crianza - An intense grenache colour. On the nose, balsamic aromas and spices on a background of ripe fruits. In the mouth, rounded tannins and fresh finale with a predominance of citric notes. Bl es Organic Tinto - Dark cherry color, of medium intensity. Notes of red fruits, wild strawberries, and aromatic plants on the nose; Soft in the mouth, medium body, lively and jammy in the after taste. This young wine as the perfect match for light pasta dishes, white meat, pizzas or simply as a refreshing appetizer. Campanile Pinot Grigio - A light straw-yellow color with subtle fragrant floral notes filling the nose. The dry medium-bodied palate fills the mouth with nutty flavors of almond, a fresh acidity, and finishes long with a light and pleasant almond taste. Carmenet Chardonnay - A lovely straw-colored wine with hints of apple, banana, and vanilla. This opulent and sensual wine finishes with butterscotch and tropical fruit and ends with a smooth, crisp, enjoyable finish. Carmenet Cabernet Sauvignon - With a dark rich red color, Carmenet Cabernet Sauvignon presents a complex bouquet of berries with hints of chocolate. The palate rounds out with spice and vanilla and ends with a smooth lingering finish. Carmenet Merlot - With a deep red color, Carmenet Merlot starts with hints of rich bursting blackberries and currants. Gentle tannins and vanilla notes round out an enjoyable soft finish. Carmenet Pinot Noir - A delicate red-colored wine with depth and charm. Aromas abound with hints of strawberries and spice notes. This refined Pinot Noir ends enjoyably with raspberry and cedar flavors. Castello di Gabbiano Chianti - In the glass, this wine is a brilliant ruby red. on the fragrant nose, floral and fruit aromas of violets and red berries dominate. on the mouth-watering palate, classic red cherry flavors are accented with notes of white pepper and nutmeg. the wine s firm tannins are balanced by juicy acidity and freshness. Castello di Gabbiano Pinot Grigio - Pale yellow in color, the nose is lightly scented with aromas of ripe pear, citrus with tropical notes and mineral notes. Has flavors of lime and grapefruit and floral components, coupled with subtle passion fruit nuances. Very crisp wine with a clean finish. Congress Springs Chardonnay - This vibrant Monterey Chardonnay has aromas of apple and pear with hints of citrus and vanilla. You will find the crisp finish quite enjoyable. It s wonderful with grilled chicken, cream sauce pastas, and seafood. Cheeses that pair well with this wine include Brie and provolone.

2 Congress Springs Pinot Noir - This Monterey Pinot Noir has flavors of black cherry, plum, and raspberry, with a silky finish. It pairs well with lamb, pork, cheese, and poultry. Cottonwood Creek Pinot Grigio - This crystal-pale-yellow Pinot Grigio is light, easy to drink and very refreshing! With intriguing aromas of pear, tangerine, honeysuckle and very light apple, you can t help but take a sip to enjoy the complex fruit flavors with excellent balance on the palate. This is a perfect crisp wine to enjoy on a warm summer day. Serve chilled. Cottonwood Creek Pinot Noir - On the nose, this light ruby-colored Pinot Noir has a very fruit-forward nose of black cherries and strawberry jam, with hints of vanilla. The palate is round and supple with cherry and cranberry fruit flavors, complemented by notes of mild spice. Savor the lengthy and lingering finish, with soft tannins and undertones of toasty oak. Crane Lake Sweet Red - This semi-sweet wine is fruit forward with flavors and aromas of blackberry, raspberry, and pomegranate. The finish is soft and smooth. This wine is great with sausage, grilled meat and chicken. Domaine Laurier Champagne - Using the traditional methode champenoise process to make champagne results in a sparkling wine that has that wonderful, toasty aroma and fine bead. We also preserve the nuances provided by the Chardonnay grape so that the champagne has the added fruit, depth, and complexity that are hallmarks of Chardonnay wines. Domaine Napa Merlot - Aromas of wild berries, currant, and plum are accented by hints of tobacco and chocolate. Concentrated flavors of dark berry and spice mingle with soft, balanced tannins and subtle oak on the palate. A long, lengthy finish is the final reward. Pairs with red meat entrees and can also be enjoyed with pork, duck and rare Ahi tuna. Domaine Napa Chardonnay - This straw-colored wine has very intense aromatics and delivers a full, rich body with a core of pear, nectarine and honey-vanilla flavors followed by an aftertaste that s long and focused. Pairs well with baked halibut steaks, marinated grilled shrimp, balsamic roasted pork loin, cheese and garlic-lemon double-stuffed chicken. Filus Torrontes - Delicate notes of white flowers and light aromas of white peach, mint and spices. In the mouth, it is fresh and vibrant with spiced and floral aftertaste. Finca El Origen Malbec - With an attractive and intense violet color, it displays ripe red fruit aromas such as plums and red and black cherries, with a strong floral presence perfectly combined with vanilla and chocolate granted by the oak. In the mouth, it is mild with sweet and velvety tannins. A 2% Petit Verdot and just 1% Cabernet Franc contribute to good balance, elegance and personality. Finca El Origen Torrontes - With bright yellow color, it offers great balance between floral and fruity aromas, with a strong presence of white flower petals, orange peels and pineapple. It is a fresh and fruity wine with a delicate acidity. Forest Glen Cabernet Sauvignon - This ruby-colored dry Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of mocha, vanilla, tobacco, and dark fruit. Blackberry and cherries come through on the palate, and the tannins lend to a nice finish. Forest Glen Chardonnay - This barrel-fermented buttery Chardonnay has aromas and flavors of apple, caramel, and oak with a hint of citrus. The combination of acid and sweetness lead to a rich mouth feel and smoothness perfect for all occasions.

3 Forest Glen Merlot - On the nose, this very floral Merlot presents immediate aromas of anise, mint and fresh red berries. Once tasted, flavors of mocha and cherry come forward to round out a very well balanced wine. Forest Glen Pinot Noir - This ruby-colored Pinot Noir starts with aromas of cherry and vanilla. These aromas combined with the flavors of red fruit and toasty oak make for a great tasting and very exciting wine. Haraszthy Old Vine Zinfandel - This Lodi Old Vine Zin is a delicious medium-bodied wine exhibiting blackberry, raspberry and cherry aromas & flavors. The wine has a very slight, smoky aroma that integrates beautifully with the delicious roundness of the fruit. There is a hint of cinnamon, sweet plum and a nicely balanced acidity in the lingering finish. Haraszthy Red Blend - This Lodi wine is blended using Zinfandel, Syrah, and Petite Sirah we carefully selected from our best barrel batches. This wine is medium bodied, smooth and beautifully balanced. Bearitage Lodi Red Wine delivers abundant fruit flavors and aromas reminiscent of cherries, plums and blackberries. JFJ Almond Champagne - Our JFJ Almond flavored Sparkling Wine is pale straw in color with aromas of rich almonds, a touch of caramel apple and yeast. The tiny bubbles tingle in your mouth as you taste a balance of sweet and tart created by fruity and nutty flavors with a lasting finish. Laurier Chardonnay - A rich combination of apple and fig flavors is joined with vanilla and creamy butter. The finish is full, round, and soft. Laurier Pinot Noir - Observing the luxuriant color of this wine provides indications of how delicious it is. Plum, black cherry, cedar, and a hint of cinnamon charm the palate. The finish is soft and protracted with silky tannins and spicy flavors. Livermore Ranch Merlot - Beginning with aromas of blackberry, vanilla and toffee this garnet colored Merlot leaves every taste both well balanced and in need of another. Masked Rider Pinot Noir - Raspberry aromas with hints of clove and vanilla, the palate shows soft berry flavors with hints of oak and a smooth finish. Pair with pork roast, roasted chicken, bruschetta and creamy cheeses. Pacific Oasis Chardonnay - A breezy musk of lime, hyacinth, baby s breath and coriander is present, reminiscent of a breath of ocean on a sandy beach. An explosion of wild pear, tart lime, and orange blossom follows, leaving behind the aftertaste of a bite of fresh Granny Smith apples and a hint of orange peel. Pacific Oasis Riesling - In this Riesling, there are flavors of apricot, green apple, honey and lemon with hints of floral aromas. This wine has complex flavors that marry with a semi-sweet finish that can be enjoyed with food or by itself. Enjoy this wine with fish like salmon, tuna and Asian dishes. Pairs well with spicy foods. Pasqua Sangiovese - Intense ruby red color, a full-bodied wine with intense fruity perfumes, with soft, supple tannins and a long finish. It is excellent with typical Mediterranean specialties such as rich pasta dishes, and grilled red meat.

4 Pasqua Pinot Grigio - A pleasant, fruity wine with notes of pear and apricot and floral hints. Fresh, harmonious and well balanced. It s Ideal with delicate first course dishes, fish and white meat. Should be served chilled. Robert Hall Cab - The intense dark ruby red color of the Cabernet Sauvignon is reflective of this full-bodied, flavorful wine. The core of black currant and hints of cedar and spice along with cocoa aromas is echoed by rich persistent flavors of plush ripe fruit, dark chocolate and anise, all supported by balanced rich velvety tannins. Silver Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon - This Cab has an aroma with hints of currants, cedar and vanilla leading to rich flavors of black cherry, chocolate and toasted oak. This wine finishes with soft tannins. Pair with grilled meats, beef, lamb, strong cheeses and pasta dishes with rich sauces. Silver Ridge Chardonnay There are distinct aromas of toasty oak, vanilla and buttery notes, with flavors of ripe pear, apple and spice. Pair this Chardonnay with fish, cheeses, and chicken dishes. Silver Ridge Merlot A Merlot with aromas of black pepper, dark currants and cedar, ascending to dark berries with chocolate and white pepper and leading to a tingling, cloying finish. Pair with roasted chicken and sautéed mushrooms, pulled pork or salted pork chop dinners or with prosciutto-inspired creamed soups. Stark Raving Cabernet Sauvignon A hauntingly seductive nose surrounds the senses with boysenberry, cassis and black cherry, embraced by rich mocha and hints of black pepper. The intensity continues across the smooth, well-structured palate, with an abundance of fruit and spice that extends into a lingering and enjoyable finish. 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Grenache Stark Raving White Blend - With startling clarity and unconventional appeal, our White Wine opens with vibrant aromas of fleshy peach and poached pears, topped by an aromatic punctuation of Muscat. From front to back, the palate is huge and inviting, balancing rich fruit and bright acids. Terramia Pinot Grigio - Breath in deeply and enjoy this lovely Pinot Grigio. Loaded rich with fresh, fruit flavors and tropical overtones of melon and citrus fruit. The most common descriptors of the style are "light", "crisp" and "dry" and are complemented by aroma notes of lemon, green apple and blossoms. Three Knights Chardonnay - A luxuriant color, this wine shows plum, black cherry, cedar, and a hint of cinnamon charm on the palate. The finish is soft and protracted with silky tannins and spicy flavors. This wine goes extremely well with smoked meats. Three Knights Sauvignon Blanc The cool weather patterns in Sonoma County s Russian River Valley lend a helping hand to this very fruit forward Sauvignon Blanc. The longer growing season helps to provide tropical fruit flavors such as peach, mango and guava, combined with a crisp acidity and dry finish. Tomich Chardonnay - Rich straw in color, the nose has aromas of creamy ripe white nectarines and apples. On the palate, a good round mouth-feel with clean and crunchy flavors from pure stone fruits. A crisp and fresh, yet rich chardonnay. Tomich Sauv Blanc - Pale straw green in color, the nose is delicate, with lifted aromas of passion-fruit and lime. On the palate, concentrated flavor of fresh citrus lime, subtle passion-fruit and remarkable fruit purity. This wine is unoaked and displays a delicate minerality with a crisp acid finish.

5 Van Ruiten Chardonnay - Bright yellow in color with aromas of green apple, tangerine and butter. Flavors of pear, apple, citrus and hints of oak are nicely balanced with a bright acidity along with a finish that lingers with a subtle butterscotch note. Van Ruiten Sauv Blanc - Light yellow in color with aromas of lemon, melon and apple. The lush flavor profile showcases flavors of cantaloupe citrus and apricot. This wine has a bright, refreshing acidity with notes of green apple and pear on the finish. Veuve du Vernay Brut - Nice pale-yellow color with hints of green. Numerous and fine bubbles. Fresh and delicate on the nose, this wine sports nice yellow fruit aromas. An elegant wine, well-balanced and pleasant, to be enjoyed on every occasion. Vina Mayor Tempranillo - Powerful fruity aromas with notes of cherries and red fruits. Full bodied and well balanced with rich complex flavors on palate. Long finish, round and smooth. Ideal with many meat and cheese dishes. Vollmer Riesling - Typical bouquet of crisp green apples, apricots and citrus fruits, fresh and lively with a very balanced acidity and notes of tropical fruits and lychee. Pairs well with light Asian dishes and pasta variations.
