Harking from Nagambie this Chardonnay offers a mid pallet richness, subtle oak and a lingering finish. Red Wines Yering Station, Little Yering Yarra Valley Pinot Noir Made in Australia s premium Yarra Valley wine region by one of Australia s best producers. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a hint of apple blossom and citrus characters with complex brioche notes White Wines Invivo, Marlborough Organic Sauvignon Blanc An exuberant organically grown Sauvignon Blanc from the famous Marlborough region. It is avery intense medley of bright passionfruit and green capsicum with limey, racy acidity. Sure to please those who love NZ Sauvignon Blanc Rocky Gully, Frankland River Riesling WA Pale golden in colour with green tinges. The wines offers us aromas of exotic fruit, apple, lime with wet stone, spice and minerality. The palate builds with generous citrus fruit and a lingering finish. This Pinot Noir is a medium bodied wine of typical estate style - perfumed, structured, some whole bunch characters and soft tannins. It offers bright fruit, aromatic, complexity, red fruits and spice on the nose and gentle tannins, plump, richly textured, long and fine to taste Maxwell s Silver Hammer McLaren Shiraz The Maxwell Silver Hammer Shiraz delivers all the hallmarks that make the combination of this variety and the McLaren Vale region so famous. The palate has an abundance of generous flavours, a focus on juicy red fruits, plum, berries and complex savoury spices. The mouth filling flavours are well balanced, full bodied with a soft finish. The result is a wonderfully generous and approachable wine with excellent depth of flavour, fine silky tannins and fruit length. De Bortoli, Yarra Valley Estate Cabernet Sauvignon The wine is of a deep red with blue purple edge and offers gently leafy, bright fruit, violets, black currant and cedar wood on the nose. On the palate we are afforded sweet dark and red fruits, layered tannins, savoury spices, gently concentrated, lengthy leafy flavours and balanced acidity. 5 Designed Beverage Package We would be happy to tailor design a specific beverage package to suit your needs from our selection of premium wines. Wines selected from the Premium Wines List are charged per bottle by ordered case amount. A minimum soft drink package applies. Please ask your Event Sales Executive for further information. Cocktails A selection of cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails can be served to your guests at your event. Please ask your Event Sales Executive for further information. Spirits An extensive selection of both standard and premium spirits can be made available to your guests. Choose between a beverage package that includes spirits or allowing spirits to be purchased on the night of your event. Please ask your Event Sales Executive for further information. Corkage Should you wish to supply your own beverages, the following corkage charges will apply; Corkage A 5 hour Client to supply sparkling, red and white wine, Marriner Group to supply light and heavy beer and a 5 hour soft drink package Corkage B 5 hour Client to supply sparkling, red and white wine, light and heavy beer, Marriner Group to supply a 5 hour soft drink package Corkage C Client to supply spirits with a maximum quantity of one 750 ml bottle per table. Spirits will be served to order and bottles will be placed behind the bar, no bottles will be placed on guest tables. Coffee Cart Melbourne is famous for its love of coffee. Marriner Group is able to supply an Espresso coffee machine serving premium coffee.
