Fresh and dry with crisp acidity and a clean, refreshing finish Rose Syrah Vermentino, Chateau de Campuget, Costières de Nîmes Lovel pale colour, dry and with a hint of spcie, from an old estate near Nimes. Mateus Rosé, Portugal Medium and lightly sparkling W H I T E W I N E S (Bottle 75cl) Les Boules, Vin de France (House Selection) Chapel Down flint Dry 2014, Tenterden, England Crisp aromas of ripe apple, citrus zest and grass. On the palate it is fresh and floral but has a core of dense fruit and a background creaminess from partial malolactic fermentation. Chateau Lestrille Capmartin. Bordeaux Superieur Soft & silky, with redcurrant and cherry fruit, light and juicy on the palate, with a long finish. Fleurie Domaine de Grand Pre. Beaujolais Wonderful ripe red berry fruit with immense elegance and silkiness & classic Gamay lightness. Foundstone Shiraz, Australia Rich and spicy wine with flavours of pepper and berry fruits, balanced with soft oak. Negroamaro Il Pumo Cantina San Marzano, Italy A ripe and very juicy style of wine from the Puglia region of southern Italy,full of brambly red fruit flavours, and an enticing hint of sweetness. India Sula produce modern wines of an international standard. The Nashik region is some 120 miles inland from Mumbai. This is a medium bodied Shiraz, showing sweet ripe fruit, with a hints of spice and lingering finish.
