The estate's Grand Cru wines, the fruit of time-honored wine growing expertise, are acclaimed by the finest restaurants. The Château produces signature square bottles of its elegant and highly-reputed red, white and rosé wines every year. Our Sommeliers love sharing their passion with guests through a variety of cellar tours, guided wine tasting sessions and oenology workshops.

7 A sensorial path which starts in the cellar by a technical approach of the making of a rosé wine. Then its mysteries will be unveiled through playful workshops during which you will discover the different shades and aromatic essences linked to the rosé wines. This session will end with a tasting of 3 or 4 Chateau de Berne s wines: Apple, peach, pineapple, berries, are some of the aromatic discoveries you will experience. You will have to train your nose and tasting buds a little harder! Duration 2 hours Schedule : on request 75/pers for a booking for 6 to 20 people This workshop starts with a visit of the cellars. Then an initiation into blind tasting through 3 wines of different origins will lead you to the characteristics of a particular grape varietal. Like the perfect «sommelier», you will blind taste and analyze 3 wines and use a tasting sheet. You will have to discover in which wine the discussed grape varietal hides. 8 Join in the fun! The grape harvest is the climax of the vine-grower s work. Take part in this convivial harvest and enjoy a unique experience. The vine growers will welcome you and share with you their passion for wine, from the vine to the finished product in the bottle. The exclusive experience of a harvest! Welcome coffee at the Cellar, introduction to the estate s history and the terroir concept. Meeting with the vine growers at work, vine grower s break (cold meat, baguette, wines of the Château ). Back to the grape harvest, collect the grapes and route to the cellar, go to the grape reception hopper. Guided tour of the cellars, wine tasting. Lunch at the Bistrot (menu of the day, excluding beverages). 9 Unique Team Building experience : have a blast creating your own wine! First, a technical visit of the production cellar. Second, compete to create the best wine. Each of the team must create the winning blend with the different varietals provided. After three trials, your team will choose the best blend. The next step is to create a label with an eye catching or funny advertisement. The best combination will be judged and a prize will be awarded to the winning team.
