10 09 TERMS & CONDITIONS All menus & beverage packages may be subject to change due to seasonal availability & vintage availability; Final numbers are required 30 days prior to your event; The final invoice will be determined based on this number of guests (deductions cannot be made due to cancellations within the 30 days). All dietary requirements can be catered for if we are provided a minimum of three weeks notice prior to your event. Access to the venue for service providers must be prearranged with our event manager. Wedding cakes must be from accredited makers as per OH&S guidelines. No external catering or beverages are to be bought into the venue. In respect to responsible service of alcohol standards, a minimum food spend of $75 per person is required for packages over 3 hours Late departure will attract a fee of $200 per half hour or part thereof.
