2 A propos I m Olivier Chavaren, an officially Licensed National Tour Guide (card # P) qualified for any Museum in France. I set up my business upon my return from the US in I typically focus on Corsican Experiences and Paris. I love passing on knowledge about France. I m a passionate tour guide who brings his love for arts, history, food, wine (WSET) and a good narrative to every tour. I am a dual citizen (French-US), born and raised in France and lived extensively across the pond ending up in DC. I lead small groups, which include school & university students, executives, and retirees and I enjoy a diverse clientèle from the U.S. as well as from around the world. I love taking people around Corsica and the Paris Region. I am the product of an insanely competitive family of 5 children in which knowledge sharing was the bedrock of my curiosity. As a child I learned that the way to get some parental attention was to tell what you know and you had to be not only historically correct but beguiling as well.to me, knowledge without its sharing component remains pretty dull. What I seek is to learn from my visitors so that a true exchange occurs. We will start in Bastia before making our way to Porto-Vecchio where some of the most beautiful beaches are. We ll take a peek at Bonifacio with its famous Citadelle. Then, we ll indulge our palate with local delicacies and the best wine estates of the Islands. We ll reach Ajaccio (Napoleon s home town) before taking the Little train to Corte. 4 Spring Fever in the Maquis The Spring Fever Experience entails seven days and six nights on the Island of Corsica. We will start in Porto-Vecchio and discover the Bavella area (needles and amazing vegetation) before making our way to Ille Rouse and the famous park of Saleccia. April 7th-13th March 30th - April 5th April 14th-20th FULL April 13th - 19th April 21st-27th Fall Over Corsica The Fall Over Corsica Experience entails seven days and six nights on the Island of Corsica. We will start in Figari and head towards the Alta-Roca with stops at local artisans. We will visits 4 wineries and participate in 4 wine tastings. We will focus on the two following regions : A.O.C. PATRIMONIO / COTEAUX DU CAP-CORSE & A.O.C. AJACCIO. June 9th-15th June 8th-14th Dates: Experiences available in April, May, June & September, October upon request (from Saturday to Friday) You may be able to add a post or pre experience in Paris as well. Please contact us for any specific questions you may have. We also offer customized Experiences. Prices : Our fees are determined by the number of guests as well as by the dates of your stay.
