A palate of tropical fruit and lime with hints of nettles. 24 Tekena Sauvignon Blanc, Central Valley A refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with citrus and tropical fruit flavours and crisp finish. 25 Riesling Alsace, Portrait Range, Domaine Zinck 2014/ High flying lemony notes accompanied by verbena, white flowers and a mineral note. Showing typical rose petal influences on the nose, with hints of ginger and spice. The palate is full, soft and off-dry in style.

6 Full Flavoured and Oaked Whites 33 Blackstone Chardonnay, Monterey County 2013/ USA Crisp, lively acidity, delicious tropical fruit flavours, great depth and richness, a delicate touch of tasty oak on the finish. 34 Luis Felipe Edwards Gran Reserva Chardonnay, Leyda Valley 2014/ Buttery chardonnay, pineapple, white peach and nectarine. Although packed with expressive fruit flavours, the wine undergoes a little barrel ageing which is well balanced with lemon acidity. 35 Meursault, Louis Jadot, A superb example of this famous white Burgundy from one of the greatest wine makers in the Cote d Or. It has rich flavours of toast, oak citrus fruit and pineapple. 36 Poully Fuisse Les Petites Pierres, Domaine Louis Jadot 2014/ Plenty of richness, an uplifting acidity and an engaging minerality a top class example. 37 Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks Chardonnay, California 2014/ USA Fermented in stainless steel for added freshness and then matured in a combination of French and American oak, the wine shows attractive and elegant citrus fruit aromas with some tropical notes. Light and Delicate Reds 38 Destinea Pinot Noir, Val de Loire, Joesph Mellot 2013/14 A Ruby-red in colour; with aromas of red berries on the nose; it has a refreshingly light and soft palate with fresh red fruit on the finish. 39 Macon Rouge, Louis Jadot 2014/15 B Fresh, clean and unoaked with ripe fruit flavours and crisp acidity. 7 Medium Bodied and Juicy Reds continued 42 Rare Vineyards Malbec, Pays d Oc 2014/15 C Malbec has recently become appreciated by the discerning wine-drinker looking for something a little different from the New World and Argentina in particular. However, Malbec s home is in south-west as this velvety, overtly fruity wine with violet aromas and some spice on the palate shows. 43 Chateau Haut Roudier, Bordeaux 2014/15 C Deep cherry red with coulis-style berry fruit, youthful cherry vibrancy and a rich concentration displaying a delicious freshness. 44 Veramonte Merlot Reserva, Casablanca Valley 2014/15 C Rich and full-bodied from this popular grape. Blackberry and cherry aromas and flavours with a touch of mint and oak on the finish. 45 Santenay Clos de Malte, Domaine Louis Jadot 2004/09 C The most southerly village of the Cote d Or is a source of great value Burgundies. The wines are soft with the sensual hedgerow fruit flavours of the Pinot Noir. Spicy and Warming Reds 46 Berri Estates Shiraz 2015/16 D South-Eastern Australia This spicy, fruity Shiraz shows excellent varietal typicity with dark berry fruit flavours and juicy soft tannins, mingled with a light touch of oak on the Finish. 47 Callia Lunaris Malbec, San Juan 2014/15 D Argentina Enticing aromas of cherry and plum with a background of warming spice. Well-structured with freshness to the finish and ripe fruit and spice again. 48 Don Jacobo Rioja Reserva, Bodegas Corral 2009/10 D Spain Traditional Rioja with a stylish, silky balance or ripe cherry flavours and generous vanilla oak character for a mature style. 49 Cotes du Rhone-Villages Seguret, Les Laurons, Jean-Luc Colombo 2013/14 D Powerful and well balanced plate with cherry as well as violet and black pepper. 50 Chalk Hill Luna Shiraz, McLaren Vale 2014/15 D Australia Crunchy Red Berry fruit with hints of chocolate, coffee and cracked pepper spice. Aged in French oak, 20% new for 15 months.

8 Spicy and Warming Reds continued 51 Waipara Hill Pinot Noir, Central Otago 2014/15 D New Zealand Vibrant, with toast, cherry and savoury notes; the palate is silky smooth and finish generous and long. 52 Cannonau di Sardegna Riserva, Sella & Mosca 2011/12 D Sardegna, Shows a complex, mature-fruit character on the nose with herbaceous and developed spicy notes, full bodied with cabernet-fruit finish. Oaked and Intense Reds 53 Flagstone Dragon Tree Cabernet-Sauvignon-Shiraz Pinotage 2013/14 E Western Cape Shows rich, dark-fruit, smoky-oak, with notes of mint and sweet and spicy undertones. 54 Kleine Zalze Cabernet Sauvignon, Coastal Region 2014/15 D South Africa From the Wellington vineyard, this deep coloured, rich blackcurrenty wine was made using a long skin maceration and matured in second and third-fill French oak barrels. 55 Les Mains sur les Hanches Corbieres Rouge, 2013/14 D Domaine Sainte Marie des Crozes, A blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah harvested from low yielding vines that are about 60 years old and grown on limestone and chalk; It has a spicy Morello cherry nose with notes of coffee and nutmeg. The palate is powerful and balanced with freshness on the finish. 56 Veramonte Primus, Casablanca Valley 2013/14 E A massive, mouth filling wine with a smooth rich velvety texture. Concentrated multi-layered flavours of bright blackberry and cherry. A beautiful combination of power and finesse. 57 Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Bois de Pied Redal, Organic, Ogier 2013/14 D Deep ruby in colour and very full-bodied, with a heady, spicy bouquet, ripe fruit and a long velvety finish. 58 Chateau Lamothe Cissac Vieilles Vignes 2012 D A big, structured claret with great concentration made with grapes from the oldest vines of this excellent Chateau. A powerful blackcurrant and cedar wood flavoured wine balanced by firm ripe tannins. 59 Don Jacobo Rioja Gran Reserva, Bodegas Corral 1998 E Spain A mature wine, softened by strictly controlled ageing in cask and bottle to produce a smooth, mellow and plumy wine with an elegant finish. 60 Volnay, Louis Jadot 2007/08 D The most feminine and elegant of the Cote de Beaune s reds. A silky medium-bodied wine, refined and delicate yet firm in structure, with plump, concentrated berry fruit on the palate.

9 Oaked and Intense Reds continued 61 Château Notton, Margaux 2011 c A rich, well-structured wine with an ageing potential of up to 10 years though also delicious drinking much sooner. 62 Vosne-Romanee, Louis Jadot 2004 C A famous name producing wines which exhibit good perfume, weight and elegance even in lighter vintages. 63 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva,Pret a Porter, Bottega 2011 E Aged for 4 years this Amarone Pret a Porter from Bottega is elegant and full bodied. The renowned American designer Denise Focil has partnered with Bottega to create this luxury and stylish wine. The bottle features a leather label and is framed in a leather case embellished with debossed black lettering. Rose 64 Belvino Pinot Grigio Rosato di Pavia 2014/ A slightly drier style, full of fresh summer fruit aromas and flavours. 65 Coteaux d Aix-en-Provence, Chateau de Beaulieu 2014/ Produced from local varieties such as Syrah and Cinsault, which have had a short period of skin maceration to extract a beautiful pink hue. Bottled in the traditional curvaceous bottle. 66 Berri Estates Rose 2015/ South Eastern Australia Made from predominantly Shiraz, this is a spicy, fruit led rose with a touch of richness on the palate.

10 50cl Dessert Wines and Champagne 67 Errazuriz Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc, Casablanca Valley (half bottle) 2012/ The wine includes some Viognier and Gewurztraminer and part of the must was fermented in second-use French oak barrels which contributes tremendous texture and volume on the palate. 68 Sauternes Les Garonnelles, Lucien Lurton et Fils (half bottle) 2013/ A very intense dessert wine, complex, fruity, well balanced and full of character, only from grapes affected by the famous botrytis Cinerea which concentrates the sugars. 69 Beres Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttonyos, (50cl) Hungary The wine spends two years maturing in oak barrels; it is incredibly sweet with around 150g/l residual sugar, flavours of dried apricot, fig and lime sit alongside a fabulous balancing acidity that leaves the palate refreshed. Bin Vintage Taste Bottle 75cl 70 Jacquart Demi Sec Champagne NV A voluptuous attack with a delicate and mellow texture. Pleasant fruit development, with toasted almonds, crystallised fruits and yellow peaches.
