2 Activity BIKE RIDES Jacob Hawkins and the Floyd Bike Shop plans two rides: A leisurely two hour trail ride along the Little River and an expert ride down Hog Mountain. THE EASY RIDE Take a ride down Thunderstruck, on the banks of the Little River. Shuttle, bike rental, and guide included. Depart the winery at 9:00 AM. $45 per person. 2 hour ride (<4 hours total). Bike rentals are limited so reserve your ride right away. Reservations open March 1st. THE EXPERT RIDE For those who bring their own bike and gear, you ll have a thrilling descent from the winery down Hog Mountain. Departs at 2:00 PM. $32 per person. 2.5 hours

3 Activity Winterfrost Farms is back again this year with rides through the vineyard. Proceeds generated from this ride support the horse rescue effots of Winterfrost Farms. Reservations Open March 1st. Call ONE HOUR RIDES Take an hour long ride through the vineyard and around the estate. Reservations required. $35 per person. Rides begin at 10:00 AM. LIMITED AVAILABILITY Rides depart every half hour and are limited to six riders on each departure. We will do our best to accommodate your group at one time but may have to split groups based on availability. HORSEBACK RIDES

4 Activity CLAY SHOOTING Ronnie Dalton, Willie Bryant, and Dwayne Burnette of the Sportsman Channel provide guns, clays, ammo, and instruction. You re welcome to bring your own gun. OUR GUN Shoot 25 clays in 30 minutes. We provide the gun, ammo, instructor and clays. $25 per person. Reservations required. Shooting starts at 10:00 AM on the Nancy Morrisette Field. Reservations for two shooters every 30 minutes. Call on March 1st. YOUR GUN Shoot 25 clays in 20 minutes. You provide the gun and ammoo, we provide the clays. $20 per person. Reservations required. 5 Activity HIKING Reserve early to be guaranteed transportation to and from the trailhead. The Buffalo Mountain Stewards, a non-profit group dedicated to preserving the natural resources of Floyd and Carroll Counties. This volunteer group assists in trail work. EASY HIKE Take the 2 mile round trip hike up the Buffalo Mountain. You ll climb to almost 4000 feet for spectacular views. $5 per person includes guide. Reservations required. Departs at 10:00 AM. MODERATE HIKE Hike the Rock Castle Gorge This 6 mile hike is mostly downhill and provides beautiful views of the Rock Castle Gorge Creek. $5 per person, includes guide. Reservations required. Departs at 9:00 AM.

6 PADDLING Activity Space is limited so reserve your river adventure early. THE PADDLE On the Water, a Floyd based business specializing in guided adventures on the Little River. Choose from kayaks or canoes. Prices include transportation. Enjoy Floyd s scenic river located about 35 minutes from the winery. Your transporation will be provided and you are certain to enjoy a leisurely 2-hour float down the Little River. The cost is $53 per person, inclusive of tax. You should allow two hours for the River Adventure and another hour or so in transit. Depart the winery at 9:00 AM.

7 MORE TO DO Adventure Weekend Participants are invited to join our Kennel Club members for the Spring Open House and Wine Sale. The 2014 Mountain Adventure Weekend coincides with our Spring Open House for the Kennel Club members as well as with our annual Spring Wine Sale. So not only will you be able to have fun outdoors, but you will be able to eat well, enjoy live entertainment, and save money on your wine purchases too. From 12:00 to 6:00 on Saturday and from 12:00 to 5:00 on Sunday, the William Morrisette Room and the Cellar will be filled with a variety of delicious appetizers and complimentary wine tasting stations. Mountain Adventure Weekend participants will be given ID bracelets allowing you admission to the private party for $20 per person. There will be an opportunity to taste wine straight from the barrel as well as sample all of our current vintages. When you are ready to purchase your wine, you will be treated to tremendous savings. Wine will be available for 20% Off bottles and 30% off cases. Other gift shop items will also be on sale. Start your weekend on Friday night with a special wild game dinner menu available in our restaurant. Or save that special menu for Saturday night and simply enjoy some quiet time Friday evening and prepare for your big adventure on Saturday. The regular menu will also be available. No matter which day you choose, make your reservations early as it will be a busy weekend. This is an action packed weekend so we suggest you plan early so that you can get to do all the adventures you want to do while you re here and still have time for the parties.
