1 WINELIST SAUVIGNON BLANC Paul Wallace Little Flirt - Elgin Tropical fruits on the nose followed with kiwi, grapefruit and golden delicious apples on the palate. This wine has a well-rounded mouth feel and a clean finish. Gabrielskloof - Bot Rivier On the nose, this wine shows green tropical fruit and lemon grass with prominent floral notes. The palate is deliciously rich with good structure, crisp and clean on the finish. Morgenhof - Stellenbosch This wine shows lovely flavours of asparagus and gooseberries which follow through onto a full palate, with a crisp fruitiness and a pleasing, lingering aftertaste. Creation - Walker Bay A balanced wine showing tropical fruit and elderflower notes on the nose and a full bodied palate with prominent mineral notes and green lime on the finish. Shannon Sanctuary Peak - Elgin This Sauvignon Blanc boasts notes of fynbos and lanolin on the nose before pear and white peach and a subtle flintiness. The palate is pure with well intergrated fruit and acidity, showing notes of asparagus, green pepper and citrus in the lingering finish.

2 Fryers Cove Bamboes bay Doringbaai The complex palate is driven by a steely minerality and follows through onto vegetal notes of fynbos and subtle green tropical fruit on the finish. Concentrated and richly textured palate with fresh green finish Alphonse Mellot Sancerre Blanc Loire Valley Classic Sancerre, laser focus, grapefruit pith, taut and elegant. Very nice wine from first sip, the terroir is predominant, with florals and spring fruits following. These notes follow on the palate with a refreshing finish. Beaumont Bot River This wine truly exhibits the wonderful fruit profile of the Bot River terroir, kiwi fruit and green apple on the nose and floral and limey notes with a hint of fresh papaya on the palate. Spier 21 Gables Stellenbosch The nose exhibits aromas of dried apricot, and white peach with an undertone of vanilla. Notes of almond, mandarin and lemon rind result in a lively yet well integrated palate with a lingering finish. CHARDONNAY Spier Signature Stellenbosch This easy drinking wine has tropical fruit and subtle vanilla notes on the nose, followed with green melon and plush citrus on the palate. Pleasant acidity and a smooth finish. Rustenberg Unwooded Stellenbosch An elegant wine with lemon, mandarin orange and hints of pine needles on the nose, following through on the palate and complemented by a crisp finish.

The underlying mineral core is rounded off by flavours of sweet almond and hints of vanilla. The palate is full and textured, yet clean and crisp with a long, clean finish. 6 NV Fini Lambrusco Grasparossa Emilia-Romagna An off dry lightly sparkling red wine showing gorgeous red fruits on the nose and a light but rewarding palate. The finish is fruity and clean. NV Louis Bouillot Crémant Réserve Rosé - Burgundy A lovely light fresh robe. Fine and delicate bubbles. Deep bouquet of small red fruit, raspberries and redcurrants, which turns into complex marmalade notes after a few minutes in the glass. Crisp palate with citrus notes and a fine fruity finish. UNUSUAL VARIETALS - RED Overgaauw - Stellenbosch Touriga Naçional This fruit driven Portuguese varietal offers aromas and flavours of rich ripe plums, dark berries, a touch of violets and spice. The palate is lush with soft tannins that pleasantly complement the fruit driven finish. Paul Wallace Black Dog Elgin Malbec This wine exhibits an exotic nose with rich flavours of prune and tobacco followed with hints of blue and black berries.
