2 White Wines Chloe Chardonnay Medium lemon in colour; delicate aromas of apple and melon; the palate is dry and full body with flavours of apple, pear, toast, spice and vanilla with a toasty creamy texture. Rodney Strong Sonoma Chardonnay Our Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is predominantly barrel fermented in new French oak, conveying a toasty vanilla and spice complexity within the wine. The Chardonnay brims with notes of apple, pear, pineapple and lemongrass. Kenwood Sonoma Pinot Gris This wine displays aromatic notes of white peach, jasmine and almond blossoms complemented by fresh and crisp flavors, with a touch of natural sweetness. The subtle fruit character and acidity of Pinot Gris make it an excellent apéritif, or as an accompaniment to a variety of dishes. 3 Red Wines Noble Vines 181 Merlot Generous cherry and vanilla oak flavors, from eminent Bordeaux vine stocks grown in our family vineyards. Chateau St Jean Merlot Crafted in an approachable California style from coastal vineyards, this beautifully balanced wine offers up ripe fruit aromas of fresh berry, red plum and cherry leading to a palate filled with flavors of fresh berry pie, milk chocolate and notes of black tea. Smooth tannins and a juicy mouthfeel. Sledge Hammer Cabernet The Sledgehammer Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep crimson color in the glass. Aromas of blackberry, currants and spicy notes of clove and cinnamon are prominent in the wine. This Cabernet is rich and smooth with a fullbodied mouthfeel and loads of flavor on the palate. Juicy dark fruit, ripe plum and baking spice flavors are powerful. The fruit forward style of the wine is balanced with smooth tannins and notes of crushed blackberry on the long finish. Concha Casill Cabernet Brilliant ruby red hue. Black currant, thyme and oak aromas. A rich entry leads to a finish offering ripe black currant fruit, soft tannins and balanced acidity Dreaming Tree Pinot Noir The wine is a blend of Pinot Noir from some of the best vineyards in California, with flavors and aromas of black cherry, wild strawberry, and toasty caramel. Complex with generous fruit and supple tannins. It pairs well with roast chicken or pork, grilled salmon, and mushroom risotto. Mark West Pinot Noir A medium-bodied wine, fruity red that features scents of spice, dark fruit, and cassis with notes of savory and smoky oak. The core reveals a pleasing mix of black cherry, cola, strawberry, plum, and soft tannins balanced out by a round mouthfeel. Rich in texture with a lingering finish, this versatile wine is delicious on its own or paired with a juicy cheeseburger, or grilled salmon.

Any occasion can be worthy of a toast of our Moscato D'Asti. Vibrant and expressive with dominant floral notes and hints of bright fruit flavors including peach, tropical fruits and lychee this wine is soft and luscious. 6 Craft Beers Alaskan Heritage Ale This rich brown ale has a big cocoa aroma with light earthy roasted and gourmet coffee notes. The flavor has a light sweetness with fruity hazelnut and medium coffee flavors. There is a deep coffee base, without an overwhelming coffee flavor that allows the brown ale and a hint of Cascade and Calypso hops to shine through. Alaskan Kicker Session Inspired by 24 hours of daylight, Kicker Session IPA is an anytime brew with fruity Citra and Amarillo hops and a burst of bright citrus Simcoe hop aroma. The hop-dominant flavor and aroma might make you think this is a bigger beer, but the drinkable, thirstquenching attributes of Kicker are enhanced by a lower alcohol content. A light caramel or toffee malt background and light to medium body mouth feel make this session ale a satisfying brew. The aroma delivers a bright hop aroma of citrus, such as grapefruit and tangerine, with a light malt backbone. Rhinegeist Crash American Pale Ale An American Pale Ale (APA) style beer brewed by Rhinegeist Brewery in Cincinnati,... Lots of juicy tropical fruits on the taste; citrus, mango, peach, grapefruit, etc.... The aromas have lots of bready malts along with some citrus notes. Ballast Point Dead Ringer Pours clear copper red, brown sugar head is coarse and dissipates to a lacing. Smells of buttered biscuit, coppery malts, and caramel. Flavor is of biscuit malt with brown sugar and molasses. Toasty finish. Medium to full body with tingly carbonation on the roof of the mouth. Very flavorful and rich, great body. Overall above average marzen on the darker side. A bit heavier than you might expect.
