We specialize in pairing our award-winning wines with the culinary treats of Napa s most celebrated chefs and caterers for winery dinners, corporate events, picnics, receptions and wine tastings. Our Historic Stone Cellar, built in 1879, accommodates groups from 20 to 250, and transitions seamlessly from our contemporary tasting room, art gallery and a grand courtyard for your reception. Relax while your guests explore the latest art exhibit in the Markham Gallery. We are able to arrange every detail, such as customized printed menus, special decor, entertainment, floral arrangements, with professionalism, enthusiasm, and as little or as much input as desired. To make your event additionally exceptional, we can provide ideas for special tasting combinations, personalized etched bottles of wine or other gifts, a festive theme or creative props.

3 The sample wine country menus on the three following pages from Tre Posti Catering, our preferred on-site catering service, represent the marriage of two of the world s most renowned culinary regions: Tuscany, defined by hearty pastas, meats, cheese and olive oil - and Napa Valley, a destination that celebrates fresh, local ingredients with a focus on artisanal preparation designed to highlight our wines. If these classic wine country menus don t fit the bill, we are happy to work with Tre Posti Catering or another specialist catering company to create the perfect bespoke menu and wine pairings for your event. 10 As a pioneer in Napa Valley winemaking and viticulture since 1879, Markham takes great pride in our history of producing wines of exceptional quality. It is our philosophy to allow each of our vineyards to shine, layering flavors that pair naturally with food. We also produce small quantities of other limited release varietals which are available in our Visitor Center and to our Heritage Wine Club members. Chardonnay Our barrel-fermented Chardonnay allows a delicious balance of vanilla and baked apple spice. Juicy tropical fruit and bright lemon offset the rich butter pecan and nutmeg finish. Sauvignon Blanc Our distinctively California Sauvignon Blanc is full of tropical richness. Bold grapefruit flavors give crisp acidity while melon and floral notes bring delicacy. Merlot Dark ruby hues and aromas of fleshy plum mix with flavours of sweet espresso and black raspberry to form our signature Merlot. It s full of ripe, jammy fruit layered with vanilla oak. Cabernet Sauvignon Blackberry jam and currant create a flavorful wine accented with dark chocolate and anise spice. It s barrel-aged for two years to add rich, toasty vanilla oak highlights.
