This special occasion is the beginning of a joyous moment that may last for a few days but are relished for lifetime. Located within walking distance from Universal Studios, right off I4, Exit 75B. Our facility has been newly remodeled and expanded to accommodate a wide variety of business meetings, parties, networking events, and weddings. Our Grand Ballroom can exceed 200 people with buffet space and room for a dance floor. The banquet space can be divided to accommodate to smaller events and layouts. In addition, we offer two outside spaces for cocktail receptions, garden parties, or pool parties with seating up to 300 guests. For every elegant event we can provide all types of cuisine from International to American regional, French, Italian, Latin, Asian, Mediterranean, and Mexican. 6 FAQs Q: What is the security deposit? A: $500 security deposit is required to hold your date. The amount will be applied towards the overall venue fees. Q: Is there a damage deposit: A: There is a $250 damage deposit that will be placed on hold and returned to client if no damage is found. Q: How much is service gratuity? A: 20% service gratuity will be added to your final bill if we are providing in-house F&B catering. Q: Can I set up earlier than the 3 hours allotted time? Or the day before? A: If we do not have an event the prior day, you can set up the day before. This is on a contingency basis. Q: What if the forecast shows rain during my ceremony? A: We will make the best effort to accommodate inclement weather by moving the ceremony indoors, if need be. This will be based upon judgement of ballroom manager. Follow I-4 W to FL-435 N/S Kirkman Rd in Orlando. Take exit 75B from 1-4 W, 7.1 miles. Merge onto FL-435 N/S Kirkman Rd then turn right onto Major Blvd. Turn right at Grand National Drive, Hotel on left 0.4 miles. U-Turn required. From Disney Springs: Get on I-4 E from Buena Vista Dr and Epcot Center Dr, 4.2 miles. Follow I-4 E to Orlando. Take the 435 N exit from I-4 E, 8.5 miles.
