1 Ticket Information NH Liquor & Outlets Country Fire Relief Raffle To benefit fire relief efforts in Napa and Sonoma County California through the Napa Foundation Disaster Relief Fund & Community Foundation Sonoma County Resilience Fund Donation: $50 Winner will be drawn on January 31, 2018 at the NH Liquor Commission Headquarters, 50 Storrs Street, Concord, NH Contest Rules 1. Participants must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible. 2. Tickets are $50 each. There is no limit as to the number of tickets that can be sold to an individual purchaser. Tickets can be purchased online only and paid for by credit card or debit card. 3. Raffle starts on November 27, 2017 and ends January 30, Four winners will be randomly selected on January 31, 2018 at the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, 50 Storrs Street, Concord, NH Winners will be notified by Winners have five (5) days after being notified by the New Hampshire Liquor Commission to confirm their ability to claim their prize. If winners do not confirm or are unable to claim their prize they will forfeit and others winner will be chosen. Prize may not be substituted for cash or transferred to another party. 7. Winners shall be responsible for any and all federal, state and local income or excise taxes, fees, assessments, licensing, registration, insurance and like charges associated with the prizes. For IRS requirements and Government rules governing withholding of prizes won, check with a qualified financial adviser. The IRS has taken the position that amounts paid for chances to participate in raffles, lotteries or similar programs are not gifts and therefore the price of the entry does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution. 8. Upon issuance of a raffle ticket, all sales are final and non-refundable. 9. New Hampshire Liquor Commission assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible or non-delivered entries. Any mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and shall be immediately disqualified. 10. Any unsold tickets become the property of New Hampshire Liquor Commission. 11. Driver's license or other acceptable form of identification along with the winning ticket stub/receipt must be presented before claiming any prize. 12. Purchasers, by participating (and the winners, by accepting the prize) release the employees of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission and their respective partners, vendors, agents, representatives, board members, sponsors, service agencies and independent contractors, and 1

2 each of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to participation in the raffle and possession or use of the prize awarded and also acknowledge that they did not receive any representations, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness. In the case of any dispute, the decision of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission shall be final. 13. Employees of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, Napa Foundation and Community Foundation Sonoma County and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the raffle. 14.
