2 New World WHITES 175ml 250ml Bottle 9 Chardonnay, Gulara, NV Clean and fresh with melon and apple fruit flavours and a crisp finish. 12% vol 10 Sauvignon Blanc, Taworri, 2015/16 Benchmark New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with all the classic notes this style of wine is famed for - crisp zesty character, gooseberry fruit, grassy notes and utterly delicious. 12.5% vol 11 Chardonnay, Urmeneta, 2016/17 Central Valley, Chile This intense Chardonnay shows aromas of peach and pineapple, plus a hint of banana that all blend perfectly with sweet notes of vanilla. 13% vol 12 Sauvignon Blanc, Cloudy Bay, 2016/17 This iconic wine is reminiscent of fresh fruit salad - full of ripe peach, mango and passionfruit, cut through with a citrus whiplash. 13.5% vol REDS 13 Shiraz, Gulara, NV (C) A juicy, youthful Shiraz with plenty of bramble fruit and a hint of pepper. 13.5% vol 14 Cabernet Sauvignon, Urmeneta, 2013/14 Central Valley, Chile Dark, ruby colour, full of red fruit aromas, perfectly mixed with sweet vanilla and coconut notes. It has a fresh mouthfeel, medium body, soft tannins and a long, pleasant finish. 13.5% vol 15 Shiraz, Rumours, 2015/16 Sweet cherry fruit with silky cocoa and chocolate tannins. Intense black cherries are supported by hints of vanilla and earthy aromas making this an Aussie Shiraz worth discovering. 3 French WHITES 18 Muscadet de Sèvre et Maine, Chereau Carré, 2015/16 Loire, France Dry, crisp, and fresh with a sea breeze and light almond character. Carries a light and easy natural style. 12% vol Bottle 19 Chablis, Domaine Vignes Blanche, Louis Moreau, 2015/16 Burgundy, France Produced by Louis Moreau, this fresh, crisp Chardonnay has wonderful citrus and mineral notes with a nutty hint on the finish. 12.5% vol 20 Sancerre, Domaine Neveu, 2015/16 Loire, France A classic wine from the historical home of Sauvignon. Not only does it have an elegant gunflint minerality, but the grassy, gooseberry fruit carries through the citrus richness. 12.5% vol REDS 21 Château Labégorce-Zédé, 2006 Margaux, Bordeaux, France A combination of the aromatic richness of Merlot and the weight and fullness of Cabernet Sauvignon, giving a fine balance and a wonderful freshness. 13% vol 22 Nuits-St-Georges, Louis Latour, 2013/14 Burgundy, France Ripe cassis and black cherry fruit aromas. Classic earthy character with long, elegant finish showing a rich vanilla flavour. 13.5% vol (C) (C) Prosecco 23 Prosecco Spumante, Tenuta Ca Bolani, NV Italy Pale straw-yellow and a fine, clear mousse with delicate bubbles. Exuberantly fruity, aromatic, with appley notes. Well-balanced and easy-drinking with the delicate almond note typical of the grape variety. 11% vol Champagne 24 Ayala Brut Majeur, NV An expressive and elegant Champagne with ripe fruit flavours. Very delicate style to savour. One of the greats. 12.5% vol Bottle Meursault 1er Cru, Château de Blagny, Louis Latour, 2013/14 Côtes de Beaune, Burgundy, France Lemon colour. Soft, rounded, rich Chardonnay flavours. Plenty of pure fruit character for those who are not looking for oak flavour and weight. 13.5% vol 28 Pinot Noir, Cloudy Bay, 2014/15 Plummy and spicy with hints of cardamom, liquorice and smoky oak. There is great cherry and red berry fruit flavour encased in silky tannins. It has cool intensely concentrated fruit aroma, that neatly follows through and measures out on the palate. Intensity giving way to length on finish. 12.5% vol (B) Dessert Wine 30 Muscat de St Jean de Minervois, Domaine Les Tailhades, 2012/13 South of France, France Expressive sweet wine, with dried apricot, exotic fruit, rose flower and orange peel aromas.
