We have invested a great deal of time, energy and money together with our agents in developing our wine list. We wish to provide our guests with the most enjoyable dining experience possible. We are pleased to assist customers by opening and serving their personal wine. Our corkage fee, based on industry standards, is R40 per bottle. We will waive the corkage fee on one bottle of your own wine for each bottle of wine purchased from our wine list during the course of your meal. This Chardonnay has superb and distinctive aromas of citrus and pear with a subtle oak aroma of roasted almonds. On the nose, you get a combination of fruits like melon, mango, peach, pineapple and passionfruit with butterscotch, crème brulee and a distinct note of Vanilla. 5 Chenin Blanc KAAPZICHT Ripe quince, pineapple and stone fruit with some interesting savoury undertones. 7 White Blend ALCHEMY BY HARTENBERG (Chenin Blanc/Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc) A crisp, refreshing, yet creamy dry white wine. The Sauvignon Blanc adds a fresh, zippy finish whilst the Semillon provides a silky, seamless mouthfeel. Finally, the Chenin Blanc provides nuances of peach, mango and apricot.
