The meal typically features rare delicacies including Russian Ossetra caviar, fresh Maine lobster, French Perigord truffles and Hudson Valley Foie Gras, as well as a unique selection of artisnal cheeses from around the world. The winning bidder will receive a signed magnum and each guest will enjoy a bottle personally selected by Paul to take home.
