1 Our Wines Clouds MCC The wine shows fresh bread and yeast aromas on the nose. The palate is clean and crisp, with green apple and citrus fruit, leading to a long finish. This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The wine spent 12 months on the lees, adding a lovely finesse to the wine. Clouds MCC Yeasty aromas on the nose. A delicate, crisp clean palate, apple & citrus notes leading to a dry finish. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this is our choice for any celebration. It spent 12 months on the lees, adding a subtle delicacy. Clouds PINK Sauvignon Blanc With a subtle salmon colour, this sauvignon blanc rosé shows freshly picked strawberries and a hint of cassis on the nose which continues on the palate and complements the racy acidity from the sauvignon blanc. Clouds Sauvignon Blanc 2015 / This wine shows typical lime, green melon and fig on the nose and riper tropical fruits on the palate, a result of grapes being picked slightly riper. This leads to a balanced and mouth-filling wine with a long mineral finish. Clouds Chenin Blanc Forty year old bush vines in the Swartland. Old granite soils produce a wine with mineral, almost saline notes on the nose and palate. Fresh on entry with some green lime and kiwi fruit backed by a bracing acidity. Fermented naturally and matured in old French barrels. Clouds Chardonnay Light yellow in colour with hints of lime green. With the grapes sourced from a very unique and isolated site in the Bokkeveld. Wanting to express the terroir of the wine as best possible we fermented the grapes naturally in older French barrels. It shows rich, leesy characteristics with crushed seashells, citrus and white peach on the nose. The palate is very mineral. Clouds Pinot Noir Wine made from a vineyard in the Hemel & Aarde valley shows a medley of red fruit on the nose with typical sour cherries and earthy undertones, becoming more prominent as the wine matures. It has a fresh, gripping acidity and a low alcohol complementing the juicy fruit forward palate. Whole bunches fermented naturally, matured in French oak for 11 months. Clouds Shiraz This 2014 Shiraz shows very perfumed purple fruit on the nose which also leads the palate. The concentration and density of the Syrah is balanced by good acid tension and delicate fruit. Soft and textured with loads of dark spice and a mineral finish.

A flirtatious and fun wine, yet elegant and structured. Thelema Blanc de Blanc MCC 2012 Stellenbosch 390 This debut bubbly made in a fresh clean style, with creamy citrus flavours, biscuits and good acidity. ROSE Delaire Cabernet Franc Rosé 2015 Stellenbosch 200 Flavours of ripe strawberries, cassis and candyfloss ending in a crisp dry finish. SAUVIGNON BLANC Neil Ellis Groenekloof Sauvignon Blanc 2015 Stellenbosch 190 Predominant flavours of tropical fruit with herbaceous overtones, the overall impression is of elegance and delicacy with a long finish. CHENIN Kleine Zalze bush vine Chenin Blanc 2014 Stellenbosch 380 Strong litchi, citrusy and guava aromas on the nose with ripe pineapple and peach flavours that follows through on the palate. This is a fresh and fruity style of Chenin Blanc. Luddite Chenin 2012 Botrivier 750 Free run juice ferment naturally, and are left on the lees for 12 months. Peachy apricot with hints of honey and spice on the nose, a rich mouth-filling entry with yellow peach, melon and spice. Good fruit balanced by clean citrus notes ends in a refreshing finish. RIESLING Thelema Riesling 2013 Stellenbosch 200 Made in the German style, fragrant, spicy, slightly sweet with considerable complexity. A must for all Riesling fans.

3 CHARDONNAY Delaire Chardonnay 2014 Stellenbosch 320 Bright green gold, with beautiful expressions of lemon and lime, a smooth wine with an elegant finish. Hamilton Russell Chardonnay 2014 Hemel & Aarde Valley 750 A tight dry wine, with complex mineral character and length, balancing a rich palate. This wine is classically terroir driven with pear and lime aromas. SéMILLON Boekenhoutskloof Sémillon 2012 Franschhoek 580 This wine has creamy white fruit on the nose, with hints of almond, spiced citrus and stonefruit. It shows an appealing freshness. WHITE BLENDS Haute Cabrière Chardonnay / Pinot Noir 2014 Franschhoek 260 Sadie Sequilo White 2012 Swartland 400 Seven varietals make up this great wine. High level of freshness & fresh fruit flavours. Refined and elegant with a sophisticated minerality. Keermont Terasse 2013 Stellenbosch 480 A bouquet of citrus blossom, hazelnut and lemon grass, with butterscotch undertones. Soft, sweet entry, ripe stone fruit flavours evolved into a lingering, dry, earthy finish. A textured wine with layers of flavour. Rall White 2011 / 2012 Durbanville 410 Flavours of lemon, white peach and aniseed. The palate is textured with tangy grapefruit and tangerine, softened by apricot and spiced cream.

4 PINOT NOIR Iona Mr P 2012 Grabouw 350 Elegant, fresh cherry and red berry nose. The palate is pure, focused sweet cherry fruit dominates with spicy undertones. The wine is fresh and intense. Hamilton Russell Pinot Noir 2013 Hemel-&-Aarde Valley 750 This Pinot Noir is soft, slightly fragrant and generally shows hints of an alluring savoury character along with a dark, spicy, complex primary fruit perfume. MERLOT Thelema Merlot 2012 Stellenbosch 350 A wonderfully balanced, juicy, up-front red with smoky fruit flavours, and firm tannins. PINOTAGE Neil Ellis Pinotage 2013 Stellenbosch 280 Bright, aromatic sweet fruit with spicy notes. A fine, elegantly framed palate with tones of cedar. CT de Waal Pinotage 2013 Stellenbosch 300 A beautiful dark wine, flavours of prune and blackcurrant. Full-bodied and rich with a smooth lingering finish. A wine dedicated to the producer of the first Pinotage in CABERNET SAUVIGNON Villiera Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 Stellenbosch 200 Dark berry fruit with a hint of dark chocolate and violets on the nose. The palate it is well balanced with rich, soft tannins. Tokara Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 Stellenbosch 260 Intense fragrances of cassis, cherries and cedar with underlying hints of oak, pencil shavings and mint. The wine finishes with hints of fennel and mocha. Oldenburg Cabernet Sauvignon 2010/2012 Stellenbosch 460 A magnificent, full bodied wine with a complex mid-palate and a plush velvety finish.

5 SHIRAZ Thelema Shiraz 2012/2013 Stellenbosch 360 Full and robust, this exuberant charmer shows ripe black fruit and spice, with a toasty finish. Luddite Shiraz 2004 to 2009 Botrivier 900 Rich, vibrant plum and mulberry notes, dark chocolate nose. Decadent dark fruit mouth-feel, balanced by firm tannins, spice and toasty wood. CABERNET FRANC Rainbow s End Cabernet Franc 2013 Stellenbosch 400 Intense fruit and a juicy palate, with layers of dark chocolate and a hint of coffee. Soft, fine tannins. BORDEAUX & RED BLENDS Rainbow s End Mystical Corner 2015 Stellenbosch 200 Youthful dark purple, a punchy fruity Beaujolias style wine. Juicy and easy drinking. Sadie Sequillo Red 2014 Swartland 400 Expressive nose with black fruit, purple flowers, fynbos and spice. Good concentration, bright acidity and ripe tannins well balanced and so drinkable from a young age. A truly harmonious wine. Rall Red 2014 Durbanville 520 Mineral with dark perfumed notes of graphite and cassis. As the wine develops in the glass more bright red fruit comes to play, resulting in an approachable wine. Iona One man band 2009 Grabouw 550 The wine shows cool climate freshness, intensity & spice. Layered with fragrant cherry and blackberry tones. The palate is sleek and polished. Sadie Columella 2009 to 2011 Swartland 1450 Fresh red fruit flavours and delicate violet notes. On the palate, well defined tannins carrying through from the nose. All round freshness and a lingering aftertaste.
