Pinot Grigio Garganega, Vinazza, Italy, Fresh, crisp and easy drinking with ripe citrus, honey and baked apple characters. 2. Chenin Blanc, Hutton Ridge Coastal Region, South Africa, Fruity, clean, refreshing and very crisp with hints of greengage and limes. 3. Picpoul de Pinet, Domaine La Serre, France, Known as the "Chablis of the South", the wines of Picpoul de Pinet are crisp, bright and refreshing. The name Picpoul, literally translates as "Lip Stinger", referring to the grape's naturally bright acidity. A perfect match for seafood. 4. Quinta de la Rosa, Branco, Douro, Portugal, Fragrant, fresh and minerally dry white, with bright citrus and clean lemony fruit. Made by ace winemaker Jorge Moreira. MEDIUM BODIED WHITES 5. Sauvignon Blanc, Condorito, Central Valley Chile, A soft and clean Chilean Sauvignon with hints of tropical and stone fruits and a zesty acidity. 6. Chardonnay Gran Reserva, Nostros, Casablanca Valley, Chile, 2015 Tropical and citrus fruits, with hints of nuts and soft creamy vanilla, make a very well balanced and refined Chardonnay. Superb! 7. Côtes du Rhône Blanc, La Fleur Solitaire, Cotes du Rhone, France, This great wine is pretty and delicate on the nose with hints of hedgerow flowers and honey. The flavours are delicate, fresh and refined. 8. Oxford Dry, Bothy Vineyard, Oxfordshire, This crisp local wine has a floral nose, yellow plums and greengage on the palate, crisp acidity and a long finish. Dry with lively fruit and floral notes. From only 2 miles away! 9. Sauvignon Blanc, Southern Dawn, Marlborough, New Zealand, This wine displays a complex aroma of grapefruit, melon and tropical fruit and the palate shows ripe tropical fruit flavours and a lengthy citrus finish. 10. Macon-Lugny Montvallon, Loron & Fils, France, Soft attractive wine with good weight and complexity. Made by a small grower, which is unusual in the area, as most are sold through local co-operatives. 11. Gavi di Gavi, La Scola, Piemonte, Italy, This Gavi is wonderfully crisp with the scents of lime and apple, typical of the Cortese grape. Flavours of peach, guava and honeydew are balanced by high acidity and a delightful freshness.

The light spritz makes it a great Summer aperitif. 13. Viognier, Domaine Gayda, Pays d'oc, France, Lovely flavours of apricot, peach and acacia blossom. 14. Gewürztraminer, Paul Cluver, Elgin, South Africa, Deliciously fresh on the palate. Lovely lime zestiness with lemongrass finish. This is complex and elegant but still shows weight and texture in the mouth. Superb! 15. Pinot Gris, Spinyback, Nelson, New Zealand, A hint of residual sweetness balances with bright acidity and minerality. Flavours are of jasmine, citrus blossom and green apple. A slight spritz gives a fantastic freshness. CLASSIC WHITES 16. Petit Chablis, La Chablisienne, Burgundy, Fresh, clean and vibrant with crisp floral aromas and notes of citrus, apple And vanilla, alongside the typical dry steeliness. 17. Sancerre, Domaine Cherrier, Loire, Raw blackcurrant leaf and gooseberry flavours typical of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Dry with pronounced fruit. 18. Chablis, Tour de Roy, Domaine Malandes, Burgundy, Dry, crisp and minerally with mouth-watering steely fruit and crisp green apple. 19. Pouilly Fuissé, Domaine Trouillet, Mâconnais, This family run vineyard produces wonderfully intense and weighty wines that rival some of the very top Burgundies. Notes of fresh peach and grapefruit combine with toasted brioche and honey to give a rich lasting finish. 20. Montagny 1er Cru, Feuillat - Juillot, Les Grappes D'Or, Burgundy, Complex apple crumble and greengage fruit, nutty/leesy overtones and an alluring, ripe but refined finish. Delicious! 21. Chassagne-Montrachet, Domaine Jean-Marc Pillot, Burgundy, Fresh, zesty and complex wine with good buttery fruit and integrated oak from this Excellent producer. Jean-Marc Pillot s wines seem to possess everything - richness and depth of fruit, the classic firmness of a great Chassagne and a long, smooth and harmonious finish.

Merlot, Condorito, Central Valley, Chile, Filled with juicy red fruits including plums, strawberries and redcurrants this is light and easy to drink. 30. Cabernet Sauvignon, Miraflores, Central Valley, Chile, A soft and juicy Cabernet ideal for every day drinking. Soft black and red fruits can be found on both the nose and palate. 31. Old Vine Carignan, De Chansac, l'hérault, Southern France, Spicy, smooth and elegant, this red is made from 100% old vines Carignan. It has a velvety feel, a red berry aroma and hints of vanilla from the gentle oak seasoning. Fantastic! 32. Primitivo, Conviviale, Salento, Italy, Wonderfully rich and concentrated Primitivo, with silky plum, cherry and dried fig flavours, balanced with a sweet spiciness. 33. Pinot Noir, The Edge, Martinborough, New Zealand, A full-bodied and stylish Pinot Noir with richness and texture. A delicious combination of black and red fruits, smokiness and toasty oak. The finish is long and filled to the brim with vibrant red berry fruits. Delicious! MEDIUM BODIED REDS 34. Shiraz, Coorong Estate, South East Australia, This is a great easy drinking shiraz with hints of violet, sweet earthiness, blueberries and the classic touch of pepper and spice. Elegant with a clean fresh finish. 35. Pinotage, Franschhoek Cellar, Stone Bridge, Western Cape, S Africa, A nose of pepper, earthy spice and bright red berry fruit. Soft and luscious on the palate, with strawberry, red cherry and vanilla flavours, with a touch of garrigue spice. 36. Cabernet /Shiraz, Fox Grove, South East Australia, Soft and juicy with brambly fruit, spice and blackcurrants. The palate is round and soft and has a good finish. 37. Rioja, Navajas Tinto, Spain, A small Bodega in Rioja whose quality is beyond question. 38. Chianti, Volpetto, DOCG, Italy, Well structured and full-bodied, lively and intense, this ruby red Chianti is full of fruit with a hint of spice. A great food wine. 39. Malbec, Vida Organica Mendoza, Argentina, Medium bodied with dark fruits (brambles and black cherry) and smooth spices. The palate is round and soft with smooth tannins and a fresh acidity. 40. Old Vine Zinfandel, Scotto, Lodi, California, Deep dark rich chocolate and spice with a touch of toffee cream on the finish.

5 41. Apollonio Salice Salentino, Puglia, Italy, Soft, smooth and velvety with rich seductive flavours simply stunning! From a small family winery, this is a blend of 80% Negroamaro and 20% Malvasia Nera. MONSTER REDS 125ml 175ml 250ml Bottle 42. Shiraz, Last Stand, McLaren Vale, Australia, Premium quality fruit and mature vines have produced a wine with great balance, length and fruit intensity. Dark cherry and plum dominate the nose with hints of spice and leather. 43. Les Forts du Moulin, Languedoc, France, A blend of Carignan grapes brings depth and full body and the Syrah grapes give wonderful spicy notes. The Grenache and Mourvèdre grapes give finesse and complexity. With spice and red berries, this wine is well-rounded with a good length. 44. Quinta de la Rosa, Tinto, Douro, Portugal, This excellent modern wine is made from the traditional local grape varieties of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz. It sends layers of ripe mulberries, damsons and raspberries coursing around your tongue. The mouth feel is fleshy, exuberant and balanced. 45. Cabernet Sauvignon, Los Vascos, Colchagua Valley, Chile, Domaine Barons de Rothschild-Lafite took over the Los Vascos estate in 1988 impressed by its location near to the ocean and its exceptional soil. Classic tobacco and blackcurrant abound in this wine. Wine with pedigree that is a joy to drink. 46. Rioja Reserva, Beronia, Spain, Top quality wine aged in American and French oak for 18 months. Intensely aromatic, harmonious and complex, with a smooth silky finish. CLASSIC REDS 47. Château de Bon Ami, Bordeaux, France, A forward nose of red berries, cherry and redcurrants. The palate is smooth and well balanced with darker fruit characters and subtle smokiness. 48. Fleurie, Les Florines, Jacques Charlet, France, Wonderful ripe raspberry and blackcurrant notes on the nose and soft, round and supple on the palate. Some smokiness and floral notes help to lift this wine well. 49. Côtes du Rhône, Roc Épine, Domaine Lafond, France, A smooth wine with aromas of ripe fruit, cherries, blackcurrants and undergrowth. The palate is smooth with wonderfully concentrated flavours of dark berries, leather and spice. A lovely bottle full of charm and roundness. 50. Château de Roques, Puisseguin St Emilion, France, Ripe dark fruits, dry wood smoke and soft earth lead to a finely structured palate with smooth, sweet tannins. Subtle compost notes sit under cherry, plum and blackcurrant fruits. 51. Savigny les Beaune, Vielles Vignes, Domaine Denis Carré, France, This Beaune comes from very old low-yielding vines growing in gravelly, stony soil with small areas of sand. The old vines produce extremely concentrated and deeply flavoured grapes. The harvest is 100% by hand, with small crates used to assure grapes arrive at the winery quickly and in the freshest and best condition. Superb! 52. Château Hannetot, Pessac-Léognan, Bordeaux, France, Purple to look at, the nose is intense and aromatic with both cherry and currant notes. The finish is well balanced with a subtle oak touch.

This wine is full to bursting with fresh strawberry and ripe cherry characters. Glass 5/6.50/8.50 Bottle Borsao Rosé, Campo de Borja, Spain, This light fruit and refreshing rose has an excellent balance of stony cherry fruit and acidity. Very refreshing style that is equally at home as an aperitif or with food. 23. Domaine de Cristol Rosé, Côtes de Provence, France, Elegant, crisp and dry rose, with fresh berry and peach flavours and a soft creamy finish. SPARKLING AND CHAMPAGNES SPARKLING 125ml Bottle 24. Chassenay d Arce, Cuvée Première Brut NV, Champagne, France This charming champagne has a gold lemon colour with a beautiful cordon of fine bubbles. The aroma is rich with spicy and floral notes associating with honey and yellow fruits. The taste is well balanced, light, elegant and crisp. 26. Nyetimber Classic Cuvée NV, West Sussex, England Lovely pale gold and gentle, fine bubbles. Toasty, spicy and complex aromas with subtle honey, almond and baked apple on the palate. Fine and elegant, a rival to any French champagne house. An excellent aperitif! 27. Nyetimber Rose NV, West Sussex, England Fresh and delicate with aromas of red fruits and intriguing spice notes of anise and lavender. Creamy and round textured on the palate, with redcurrant, raspberry and cherry flavours. Perfectly balanced with fine persistent bubbles. A simply stunning English sparkling and an excellent aperitif. 28 Bollinger Grande Année, Champagne, France, Only released in outstanding years, this wine is aged for a minimum of five years.

Sauternes, Carmes de Rieussec, France, The second wine of Chateau Rieussec, Carmes de Rieussec is selected according to the same standards as the first wine. Its constant feature is centred on a fine aromatic structure dominated by citrus aromas.
