6 Ver 1.1 7/18/ Harvest Grape Offerings - Terms and Conditions of Sale Fresh Black Grapes are sold per pound as whole bunches with stems. Minimum fresh black grape order is 100 pounds. Arrangements for destemming grapes should be made at time of purchase. Stem weight is calculated at 6%. One-hundred pounds of fresh whole black grapes that are destemmed will yield 94 pounds of grape must. Destemmed grape must will be charged $0.09 per pound. Destemming may not be available at all times. Prices for fresh grapes are listed for orders from 100 to 399 pounds, between 400 and 799 pounds and for 800 pounds or more. For orders of one or more tons (2000+ pounds) of whole berries, please call for special pricing. Fresh grapes are sold net, without containers and storage. Frozen Black Grapes are sold per Pail or Drum as destemmed grape must. One Pail contains 5 US Gallons/18.9 Liters of destemmed grape must. One Pail will yield on average 2-1/2 to 3 Gallons of finished wine after fermentation and pressing. One Drum contains 425 pounds of must (this is roughly 44 Gallons / 167 Liters of must, depending on the actual brix of the grape). One Drum will yield roughly 30 Gallons of finished wine after fermentation and pressing. Bulk Discounts for all Frozen Grape Futures are available for orders of 36 pails or more and for orders of 4 drums or more. Please call to inquire. Prices listed do not include shipping costs. Fresh White Grapes are sold as settled juice. Minimum fresh white juice order of 5 US gallons / 18.9 Liters. Prices listed are for 5 to 29 gallons, gallons and 80 or more gallons. Prices listed for all juice orders do not include containers. Fresh White Grapes are also sold as whole bunches in Underwood WA. Please call for whole bunch prices. Minimum order of 100 pounds of whole white grape bunches. Destemming not included. Frozen White Grapes are sold per Pail or Drum as pressed and settled juice. One Pail contains 5.25 Gallons / 19.9 Liters and will yield at least 5 Gallons of finished wine after fermentation and gross lees racking. One Drum contains 46 Gallons / 174 Liters of pressed, settled juice and will yield approximately 45 gallons of finished wine after fermentation and gross lees racking. Prices listed for all Frozen White Grape Futures do not include shipping. California Fresh Grapes will be processed and picked up at Stage Gulch Vineyard in Petaluma CA. Northwest Fresh Grapes will be processed and picked up at White Salmon Vineyard in Underwood WA Harvest Frozen Grape orders include freezer storage until December 31st Items must be picked up or shipped by December 31st If items are kept in storage past this date, an appropriate freezer storage fee will be assessed according to storage fees charged to Brehm Vineyards. At the descretion of Brehm Vineyards, those grapes may be removed from Brehm Vineyards control or put back into Brehm Vineyards inventory. If the grapes are put back into Brehm Vineyards' inventory, the purchaser will receive a sum equal to 50% of the initial grape price, minus any amounts due. 18 2016 Terms and Conditions of Sales - Frozen Grapes Sales Virtual Vineyard Locations (F.O.B.): 1) Richmond CA 2) Chicago IL 3) Portland OR Prices listed are for Brehm Vineyard's Virtual Vineyard frozen grapes and juices. Prices are valid until changed and posted on BV's website. Pricses include frozen storage cost on purchased grapes for 30 days from purchase date. If items are kept in storage past this date, an appropriate freezer storage fee will be assessed according to storage fees charged to Brehm Vineyards. Storage fees will be charged for each additional 30 days of storage for up to 90 days past purchase date. If grapes are not removed from freezer 90 days from purchased date, at the descretion of Brehm Vineyards, those grapes may be removed from Brehm Vineyards control or put back into Brehm Vineyards inventory. If the grapes are put back into Brehm Vineyards' inventory, the purchaser will a sum equal to 50% of the initial purchase price, minus any amounts due. Special storage arrangements may be possible. Please call to inquire. All Retail Virtual Vineyard Grape Orders are payable in full at the time of ordered. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Check accepted. If payment is made by check, this must be received within 10 days ordering and prior to release of frozen grapes for pick up or shipment. A grape order will not be considered final until payment is received. Shipping charges can be arranged by Brehm Vineyards for an additional fee.
