1 WHITE PICPOUL DE PINET 2015 Préambule (France) Since I first discovered Picpoul deep in the Camargue on my T.V barging trip, I ve been a fan of this fresh tasting fish wine from the Languedoc. CARQUEIXAL ALBARINO 2014 Rias Baixas (Galicia) Fascinating white wine made from the characterful Albarino grape. We think this is one of the best we have tasted - delicious. VIÑA GRAVONIA 2006 Bodegas R.Lo pez de Heredia, Rioja (Spain) Lovely old style Rioja, unashamedly touched with oak & full bodied fruit, but with a good acidic edge. MEURSAULT LES MEIX CHAVAUX 2013 Château Génot Boulanger (France) RED TOWER ESTATE BAROSSA SHIRAZ 2002 Barossa Valley (Australia) Beautiful deep, complex & robust wine. Shiraz's from the Barossa are among Australia's best wines RIOJA SANTIAGO CRIANZA 2012 (Spain) CHATEAU DE LYNCH BAGES 1996 Bordeaux (France) Wine by the glass also available in other measures 4

3 WHITE WINES 10 GARGANEGA TORRE DEL FALASCO 2015 (Italy) The Garganega grape is the main grape behind Soave this is luscious, full and rich on the finish. 11 LE TUFFEAU SAUVIGNON BLANC 2015 (France) Le Tuffeau is a super-fresh, zippy Sauvignon with vibrant, ripe citrus-fruit aromas. The grapes are sourced from the vineyards near the beaautiful town of Carcasonne in Southern France. A versatile wine that will match most of the fish dishes. 12 RICK STEIN S SPANISH WHITE 2015 Castilla y León (Spain) After a number of seafood delights while filming in Galicia & drinking cold Castilla y León from white china cups, I had to find a really well made one for us. It's charmingly fresh & fragrant. Made with Viura & Verdejo grapes, it's a wine to celebrate my Spanish book & TV series. 13 CURRABRIDGE CHARDONNAY 2015 (Australia) Ripe varietal fruit consisting of white peach, melon & punchy citrus giving a crisp freshness and balance made using 100% stainless steel. 14 PINOT GRIGIO VILLA FIORE 2015 Venezia Giulia (Italy) Many Pinot Grigios that you come across these days are weak & dull with none of the smell & flavour of the grape. This shows exactly how Pinot Grigio should taste, soft but with crisp acidity & a faintly spicy element which marks the fruit of this wine. 15 FALSE BAY CHENIN BLANC 2014 Western Cape (South Africa) The same grape as Vouvray makes wine of lemon skin colour and wonderful lusciousness in False Bay near Cape Town. 16 MUSCADET LA GRAND RÉSERVE 2014 Sévre et Maine Sur Lie, Gadais Père et Fils (France) Great to have a proper Muscadet on the list this is a Sur Lie, it reminds me of the early days of the Seafood and trips to Brittany and plats of Fruits de Mer

4 17 CAZAS NOVAS 2015 Vinho Verde (Portugal) Vinho Verde s are getting better and better made using the local grape variety Avesso, very fresh apple and citrus aromas delicate clean and crisp. 18 VIOGNIER LE CHOIX DE VOLTAIRE 2014 Foncalieu, Pays d Oc (France) This peach scented Viognier is perfectly pitched, soft ripe & delicious. 19 GEWURZTRAMINER Aves Del Sur 2015 (Chile) This delightful Gewurztraminer from Chile is a real winner. With aromas of rose petals and lychees, typical of the grape. Ideal partner to some of our spicier dishes 20 SNAPPER ROCK MARLBOROUGH SAUVIGNON BLANC 2015 (New Zealand) I find many New Zealand Sauvignons to be almost oppressively fruit laden. Snapper rock though is much more subtle & at a recent tasting we liked it best because of its good balance of leafy flavour with a pleasing round finish. 21 CHABLIS 2014 Jean Marc Brocard (France) This is one of the liveliest, freshest wines I ve tasted for a long time. 23 DEVIL S CORNER RIESLING 2014 Tasmania (Australia) Bright crisp Riesling with lots of citrus lime, lemon fruit & wet stone minerality 24 CARQUEIXAL ALBARINO 2014 Rias Baixas (Spain) Fascinating white wine made from the characterful Albarino grape. 5 ROSÉ WINES 29 BORSAO ROSÉ 2014 (Spain) A deep coloured quaffable rosé made using 100% Garnacha (Grenache) - full of intense ripe strawberries with a good balance of acidity which leads to a deliciously crisp finish. 30 CHÂTEAU BAUDUC ROSÉ 2015 (France) We made this lighter style of rosé using Merlot, Cabernet Franc & Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with minimum skin contact it is crisp, dry & fruity a sort of St. Tropez meets Bordeaux says Gavin Quinney of Château Bauduc SANCERRE ROSÉ 2014 Alain Dezat (France) RED WINES 32 MERLOT VALLE HERMOSO 2014 (Chile) A lighter medium weight style of Merlot with lush plummy fruit and rounded tannins. 33 PASSO DEL TEMPIO SYRAH 2014 Sicily (Italy) This Syrah is from Western Sicily and is full of fruit with a supple creamy long finish. 34 RICK STEIN'S SPANISH RED 2014 Castilla La Mancha (Spain) I'm keen on this blend of Tempranillo and Syrah the first gives a delightful finish the second gives smokey depth. 35 KAIKEN MALBEC 2014 MENDOZA (Argentina) The vineyard sits at 950ft in Mendoza, Kaiken Reserve is deep violet in colour with rich fruit, layers of chocolate & little spice too - stunning Malbec 36 CYCLES GLADIATOR PINOT NOIR 2013 California (USA) California s Central Coast is great for producing Pinot Noir really elegant with rich scented fruit great with fish
